Dedicated server not responding. Malicious?

My Dedicated server dies for days on end. As soon as i reboot after about 20 seconds it does again.
Then it will just work again and be fine for another week or so.
Im convinced its malicious.
Not sure what results or readings i can give you so just ask and i will do whatever is needed.
