How can I terminate wisptis.exe in Windows XP SP2

I am working in a production environment. Basically I work on graphics oriented enviroment so I used to work on catia and windchill as well. When I am opening a part or diagram in Catia along with CNEXT .exe (catia service) wisptis.exe is starting and making the system halt and Catia will crash.
So I need to restart the worksation or I need to close all applications then I need to open catia then again the same problem.
So please tell me how to avoid this or stop the wisptis.exe service. If I want to work on catia I need to kill wisptis.exe service otherwise I cant work.
