  Is it possible to create a sql database instance with C# code. I have no problem adding a database to an existing SQL instance, for example WONEA\SQLEXPRESS but for creating another SQL instance such as WONEA\SQLEXPRESSTEST I'm a little stumped. Help!

• KeyPass - KeyPassHttp refuses to be recognised as a plugin

  I'm trying to make KeyPass run on my Windows 7 machine, I've downloaded and installed KeePass, aim to use it alongside Passifox However, downloading and copying the KeePassHttp executable to the C:\Program Files (x86)\KeePass Password Safe folder, however it refuses to show up in the KeyPass plugins window. Please help, I've tried download KeePassHttp using multiple links from github and passifox itself using Firefox and even wget. Also I've tried pinging http://localhost:19455 but nothing was found. Any ideas I'm at a loss.

• How to kill volume when headphones pulled out

  I often use headphones in order to listen to music in work time. However my chair tends to occasionally have the tendency to yank the headphone cable from my laptop. Now with my Android phone this wouldn't be a problem as the music will automatically stop playing. However, Windows does not kill the volume and instead re-routes the sound to my laptop internal speaker system. Aside from turning off my laptop speakers - is there a small utility available which serves my purpose of killing the volume so my work associates aren't inflicted with erroneous musical tastes?

• Word Opening Text Files by default as RTL, should be LTR

  I've noticed recently that Microsoft Word 2007 on Windows XP is opening by default straight text files as RTL instead of LTR. These are English written files, and contain no Unicode or characters other than ASCII. I work in three or four languages on the computer so have the language bar open, this problem happens when the language is selected to EN (United Kingdom). Is there a setting I'm missing somewhere, perhaps in Word itself?

• Songbird 4-pane filter panel library view

  I love Songbird but I was already whether it's possible add an additional column to the Songbird layout, I love categorising my music by dates as well, and find right clicking above the column header to change a little to messy and want even more flexibility. So here's my mockup of the 4-pane panel library, I think I've made Songbird do this by mistake in the past through a bug. Question is, is this possible?

• wpf treeview ObjectDataProvider update - how?

  I've been having trouble updating the data bindings which relates to a treeview. The dataset is mapped onto the ObjectDataProvider, passed through two data templates. Now I've tried updating the ObjectDataProvider with two calls, hoping that they would trigger the CreateTheDataSet() method, and rebuild the tree.   I'm trying to start the del command using System.Diagnostic.Process. Basically I want to delete everything from the C:\ drive that has the filename of *.bat System.Diagnostics.Process proc = new System.Diagnostics.Process(); string args = string.Empty; args += "*.bat"; proc.StartInfo.FileName = "del"; proc.StartInfo.WorkingDirectory = "C:\"; proc.StartInfo.Arguments = args.TrimEnd(); proc.Start(); However when code is ran an exception is thrown, "the system cannot find specified file." • Capturing WPF Listbox checkbox selection

  Been trying to figure out, how do I capture the events from a listbox. In the template, I've added the parameter IsChecked="" which starts my method. However, the problem is trying to capture what has been checked in the method. • Set User Defined Language Programmatically

  I've been trying to select the User Defined Language programmatically unsuccessfully through various means, another problem is the files I need to apply the user defined language have no file extension, old DOS files; NPPM_SETCURRENTLANGTYPE (only enumerates built-in languages) Macros don't seem to sense changes with language selection, I was hoping to record a macro then trigger it with NPPExec. Notepad++ accepts only in-built languages for starting from the command line I can't select a UDL as the default language for a new document. ...and my attempts at overriding an in-built language seem to have failed. I've copied details from userDefinedLang.xml to langs.xml don't work. The highlighting doesn't change. Thanks for any help!!

  I'm trying to create a set of button which have an off or on state, much a checkbox without the check. Ideally I want the colour to change to represent the two different states off(red), green(on).
