How to popup menu using SendMessage?

Hello! I have pop-up menu, for example:

"..."
"PopUp-menu"
- "Menuitem1"
- "Menuitem2"
"..."

How to popup "PopUp-menu" using SendMessage function? Is it possible? course Menuitem has ID, and POPUP menu - has not
