How to detect when a device is heading towards a certain location?

Hi,

How can I detect when a device is heading towards a certain location?

Lets say I have 2 locations- the devices current location,

and a location of some restaurant for example-

I would like to detect when the device is heading towards that restaurant.

(I asked this before with no answers- I thought maybe if I'll rephrase the question...)
