Iphone 2G error "USB Device Not Recognized" on Windows 7

hey guys

i have a big prob with my iphone...

when i connect my iphone 2G to my PC, then i become an error "USB Device Not Recognized". So the PC does not recognize my iphone.

what i have to do? I have reinstalled ITunes, but unfortunately the prob. is not resolved.

I would be glad if you can help me.
