Import outlook emails into thunderbird.

Hi, I have stored my email from outlook as single messages, i.e., xxx.msg format. I am wondering if there is any way to import those email into thunderbird?

Do I just need to copy them into a specific folder? A bit clueless right now.

email is moved to junk-email folder even though sender is listed as safe
