Looking for Mini itx board suitable for hooking up to a television.

I am building a small computer to hook up to my tv for playing some games and playing media. I would like to find a board with both HDMI and standard RCA hookups that would be powerful enough to play full HD video (if it has an embedded cpu).

I came across the VIA VB8003 which seemed to fit my needs but it doesn't seem to be widely available.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
