Which is the best programming language to use for creating a screensaver?

I am thinking of creating a screensaver to showcase projects i have done before for self satisfaction.

How should i go about it?

IOGEAR GCS632U KVM casues Windows 7 Screensaver to not work

When my Windows 7 laptop is in its dock and connected to the IOGEAR GCS632U KVM switch the screensaver will not start.
