Gnome Panel Hardships -- Need to get my utilities back!

So I removed the cool new social utility on my gnome panel with the intention of readding it to the bar somewhere else.... only to find out that it was not listed on my "add to panel" box.

How do I get it back?

Same goes for my volume slider.
