Hyperic HQ metrics not working

I am having a problem with Hyperic HQ. Several metrics, some in IIS 6.x (Request Execution Time, Request Wait Time) and some in .NET 2.0 (Bytes in all Heaps, Exceptions Thrown per Minute), always show 0. If I view perfmon on the server itself I can see that the counters have values greater than zero.

There are some metrics that work fine, such as Total Get Requests per Minute and the other IIS defaults.

I have looked in the server logs but nothing obvious shows up.

Please advise. Am happy to find more information if required.
