New promising webdevelopment language?

I'm looking for a new language focused on webdevelopment. I know there are many current language/framework combination that are very suited for webdevelopment; ASP.Net, Ruby on Rails, PHP with numerous frameworks, etc...

I like shiny new things! I like digging through language documentation or even an interpreter to figure out why something is not working the way I expect it to.

Sure I could use an existing solution, but that wouldn't be fun! Are there any new up and coming language focused to webdevelopment (optionally language + webframework setup would be fine too)?
