Configuration Of modem/router to Telnet IPV6 addr

IPv6

Can any one help me to configure the modem/router, so that IPV6 address assigned by modem/router to Pc. I should telnet to that IPV6 address so that i can open the modem/router administration user interface.

Now I have enabled the IPV6 in my PC, i am getting a IPV6 address from Modem/router. But not able to telnet to IPV6 address given by modem/router.

It is possible to telnet to IPV6 address given by modem/router. I have tried it before. But now i have forgotten the configurations.
