Laptop wont start after BIOS update

I have a HP Probook 4540s i recently update its BIOS from HP's site after the installation the notebook re started but since after that there is no display i waited for an hour until the battery ran off after when i plugged in its same:

Capslock is contunously blinking
Fan is running faster than the usual speed i can tell this from the sound

And no display i waited for more than hour for any response but no gain. Searched Internet and find out that alot people fails to update their BIOS in HP laptop i dont know why official HP sites has such updates even avaialble.

Is there a way i can reset the BIOS, Hard reset, through USB of something i have another PC over which i can download anything if its required? Can anyone please help.
