• NullPointerException in generated JSP code calling setJspId()

  I am trying to deploy the Duke's Bank example form the J2EE 5 tutorial on JBoss 7.1.1. I have only used (unaltered) the source, and the standard XML configuration files for deployment, part of the exercise here is to see how I might structure a JSP based project of my own.   I have a C# List I.E. List<Food> x = new List<Food> () ; This list is populated with this class Public class Food { public string id { get; set; } public string idUser { get; set; } public string idType { get; set; } //idType could be Fruit , Meat , Vegetable , Candy public string location { get; set; } } Now i have this unsorted List<Food> list ; which has I.E. 15 elements. There are 8 Vegetable Types , 3 Fruit Types , 1 Meat Types , 1 Candy Types I would sort this so that to have a list ordered in this way : 1° : Food.idType Fruit 2° : Food.idType Vegetables 3° : Food.idType Meat 4° : Food.idType Candy 5° : Food.idType Fruit 6° : Food.idType Vegetables 7° : Food.idType Fruit //Becouse there isnt more Meat so i insert the //next one which is Candy but also this type is empty //so i start from begin : Fruit 8° : Food.idType Vegetables 9° : Food.idType Vegetables // For the same reason of 7° 10 ° Food.idType Vegetables ...... .... .... 15 : Food.idType Vegetables I cant find a rule to do this. • WWW::Mechanize Perl login only works after relaunch

  Hello, I'm trying to login automatically in a website using Perl WWW::Mechanize. What I do is: $bot = WWW::Mechanize->new(); $bot->cookie_jar( HTTP::Cookies->new( file => "cookies.txt", autosave => 1, ignore_discard => 1, ) ); $response = $bot->get( 'http://blah.foo/login' ); $bot->form_number(1); $bot->field( usern => 'user' ); $bot->field( pass => 'pass' ); $response =$bot->click(); print $response->content(); $response = $bot->get( 'http://blah.foo' ); print $response->content(); The login works, but when I load the page it tells me that I am not connected. You see that I store cookies in a file. Now if I relaunch the script without the login part, it says that I am connected... Does anyone understand this strange behaviour ?

  Hi, I've stuck myself in a c++ project under linux ,for which I get an undefined reference when I try to create an object of a class that I just wrote.I believe this is an linker error caused by the fact that somewhere , somehow I should tell the linker to take into account the new class. I looked at the project properties and at the run command it executes a script (cmake.sh) . Because the project wasn't created by me , and because I'm a novice in working under linux, I just don't know how to direct the linker to do what I expect him to do !

  Hello, I'm trying to achieve a motion blur effect in my OpenGL application. I read somewhere this solution, using the accumulation buffer: glAccum(GL_MULT, 0.90); glAccum(GL_ACCUM, 0.10); glAccum(GL_RETURN, 1.0); glFlush(); at the end of the render loop. But nothing happens... What am I missing ? Additions after genpfault answer: Indeed I did not asked for an accumulation buffer when I initialized my context. So I tried to pass an array of attributes to the constructor of my wxGLCanvas, as described here: http://docs.wxwidgets.org/2.6/wx_wxglcanvas.html : int attribList[]={ WX_GL_RGBA , WX_GL_DOUBLEBUFFER , WX_GL_MIN_ACCUM_RED, WX_GL_MIN_ACCUM_GREEN, WX_GL_MIN_ACCUM_BLUE, 0} But all I get is a friendly Seg fault.   Hi, My android application uses an sqlite database and during first run it deletes some rows . The next time it runs it tries to do the same , but because the rows were previously deleted it fails . I use SQLite database browser to inspect the database ,after first run (when the rows are deleted) and I observe that the rows that no longer should exist are still in the database , even if ehwn running the app again those rows are no longer visible ! What is the cause for this behavior ?

  Hi I am writing my thesis in Latex, and I have the references in an own thesis.bib file which look as follows @Article{xxx, author = "D.A. Reinhard", title = "Case Study", year = "1985", } and I reference them in my main document as ~\cite{xxx} When I compile then the main document with: pdflatex main.tex than it shows me question marks instead of the proper references to the bibliography. Do I also need to compile the bib source on its own? If yes, can somebody please tell me the command for Linux Many thanks!

  For a project I'm working on, we're looking for a way to dynamically add filters to a page which then control the dataoutput in, for instance, a grid. We want to add the filters dynamically because we want the customer to be able to change which properties can be filtered and what filtertype (textbox, dropdown, colourpicker, etc.) should be used. The filter should work as follows: - The customer links a filter to a certain property and specifies the filtertype (for this example: dropdown). - A user control which contains all the filter loads all filters specified - The filters load all values of the specified property as options. The first time the page loads; this would be the values of all items. - Now the user selects a value from one of the filters; the page reloads - Only items which have the specified filter value are retrieved, the user may specify one or more filters at the same time. - Once a user drills down by filtering, only filtervalues of the retrieved items should be used in the other filters. I have the following problems: - When I create the filters runtime, events are lost because the controls get recreated each postback. - I could place the filters in PreInit which should solve this, but then determining which controls should be loaded becomes a problem since loading all environment vars isn't finished yet - I don't know a good way of returning all the filter values to a central point from which I can make a good query. - The query has to be dynamic. I'm using linq which I want to make dynamic so I don't have to select everything everytime. How to make a dynamic select query based on a string stored in the database? - I have to select items based on the filtervalues and then adjust the rest of the filters to the already made selection. That kind of messes up the whole regular databinding sequence. Any help in one of the above would be great! PS: One thing I thought about was passing along filter values in the postback which would have to be recognizable. That way the server could use them for selection and then create the filters and autoselect the previously selected filtervalues. I'm not quite sure how to acheive this though...

A typical user's profile url would be http://www.mymark.com/mike Each user is also created a blog in a multi-user wordpress installation. The wordpress url would look like this: http://www.mymark.com/blog/mike I am trying to use the rewrite module to create more canonical urls for the user (http://www.mymark.com/mike/blog), and have tried several regex variations that I have created through RegExr(a regex generation tool) and come up with this as the pattern to match (www.|)mymark.com/([^/]+)/blog but haven't had any success so far. " - 1253<br/>\n"; // some stuff happens here too } The update query never fails. For some reason, between the two calls of memory_get_usage, there is some memory added. Because the big loop runs about 500.000 or more times, in the end it really adds up to alot of memory. Is there anything I'm missing here? could it herhaps be that the memory is not actually added between the two calls, but at another point in the script? Edit: some extra info: Before the loop it's at about 5mb, after the loop about 440mb, and every update query adds about 250 bytes. (the rest of the memory gets added at other places in the loop). The reason I didn't post more of the "other stuff" is because its about 300 lines of code. I posted this part because it looks to be where the most memory is added.

  Hi, In order to speed up some post-processing shaders I'm using, I need to perform these operations on a framebuffer that is smaller in size than the actual window (about 1/4th or more). Most of the effects I want to optimize are simple blurring operations that could be replaced (for a large part) by smaller kernel and bilinear filtering. Thus, I need to create a copy of the current FBO into another one. However, I couldn't find anything, that works, on how to do this. I've tried using glBlitframebufferEXT and rendering a fullscreen quad into the other framebuffer, but both paths result in a black texture as output. How do I go about solving this problem?
