How do I email all users and their relevant domains in a UNIX system?

I need to mail all users on my shared hosting platform.
I need to be able to do this on a regular basis.
Any thoughts?

how can i set the Variable character_set_results from latin1 to uft8? I thought it would be enough if I would add the following variable in the my.cnf:
default-character-set=utf8
But it not seem so:
