    Hi, I have a problem with a list in srss 2005. The list is grouping too much information and I dont know how to un-group it. I made a picture to show it. But because I'm new, I can only show it with this link: http://img32.imageshack.us/img32/6058/listproblem.gif So the list is also grouping the weeks, but that is not what I would like.     Hi everybody! In a winforms application i 'm storing one Wingdings char in a SQL Server 2005 field of type NVARCHAR(1). Storing, retrieving and showing up this char in a control works fine. The problem i'm facing is this: how to search for records which have a specific wingding char value: for example Select * from table where FieldWithWingding = valueOfLeftArrowChar How to achieve this?     When debugging a project in Visual Studio 2005, I have recently noticed a brief appearance of the "Object Test Bench" window. This window appears and then disappears after less than a second and does not look like the normal "Object Test Bench" window one sees when not debugging, as it looks like this: I would like to stop this window appearing and have tried the following: Closing all Object Bench Test windows when not debugging Resetting Visual Studio to default settings (devenv /ResetSettings) Any other ideas?

    We have a strange problem in our team. When a developer is using Eclipse in Debug mode, SQL Server 2005 blocks other developers from accessing a stored procedure. Debug session typically involves opening Hibernate session to persist an entity which could be accessing a stored procedure used for Primary key generation. Debugging is done in business logic code and rarely in JDBC stored procedure call. Is there any way to configure SQL server or the stored procedure so that other developers are not blocked?

    I'm using SQL Server 2008, but my ERP Vendor only offers a SQL 2005 trace template that they'd like me to run on my system. When I attempt to import it, I receive confirmation that it was successfully imported. However, it does not show up in the list of available templates. I've done this on two separate servers to the same effect. Is this a known problem with SQL Server 2008? I Googled unsuccessfully.

Both work individualy, however when I try to connect to an DB from an ASP page I keep getting the following error: Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '80004005' [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Cannot open database "DB1" requested by the login.   • Copy SQL 2005 view result column headers?

    Is there a way to copy View output column headers along with the data? There is a setting in Options to include column headers with query results, but that only works with "New Query" and Stored Procedure output. Looks like SSMS 2008 has this functionality built in to the contextual menu when you right click on results, but I only have 2005. Am I out of luck? Thanks for any help.
