  Hello everyone, I have a simple script which runs on a FreeBSD machine with the following code: #!/bin/sh `sed -i .bak '\:#start 172.0.0.3:,\:#end 172.0.0.3:d' /usr/local/etc/racoon/racoon.conf` echo $? It should delete a block of text between the two patterns. The problem is that if I run the sed command directly from shell it works, if i run the script the return code is 0. Why's that?

  Hello folks, I have reinstalled in my Windows XP machine. After it is re-isntalled the audio in my machine has failed. I have installed all the device drivers in my mother board. The Realtek Sound driver is also installed. Note: Sound is working when I test the surround settings test in my RealTek program, but unable to play any audio, tried playing both in my local machine and from the internet.   Hello, I was a bit surprised when I purchased a VPS with 15GB of storage to find that am left with very little space after Windows' 13GB footprint. I can't even install SQL Server. Tech support is saying this is normal. I know that if they felt like it they could remove Windows from the quota or adjust it accordingly. Is this a common practice or should I further pursue the issue with customer service?

  Hello, I am using Ubuntu and have AMP. I tried to create a new folder under /var/www/html/ it says not found. I edited the http://localhost/index.html and that gives me a 404 error. I guess its something to do with the security. localhost/index.html was OK before the edit Appreciate all assistance. Thanks Dave
