  I want to use EC2 for some reasons and EC2 provides both windows and linux deployments, but linux is much cheaper (linux reserved instances are approx. %63-%85 price of windows ones and spot instances are %50 cheaper for linux). I need a type safe lang and mainstream platform and I prefer to use .net/c# stack (but not mono for some reasons), but in this situation java seems a better fit for the future (when ec2 instance counts begin to increase). • What is the MacVim default font?

  Hey there, I love using macvim, and I really like the default font, but at work I recently got some bigger monitors, and I want to make the text bigger. It says in the macvim docs that it is Bitstream Vera, but trying to set the font like so: :set guifont=Bitstream\ Vera\ Sans\ Mono:h16 results in an invalid font(s) error. So what is the default font then? I'm running the latest version of macvim and I am running Snow Leopard. Thanks!!

• Automatically creating C# wrappers from c headers?

  Is there a way to automatically create p/invoke wrappers for .net from a c header? Of course I could create them by hand, but maintaining them would be painful, and I'd probably make a mistake somewhere resulting in hard to debug crashes. I tried SWIG, but it created full classes where simple structs would be sufficient. I'd prefer if the output worked on mono too, but that is not necessary.

  I'm using the Unity 3D engine to build an iPhone app, and when I go to generate my Xcode project for compilation, it includes a few fairly large libraries: Mono.Security.dll.s, System.dll.s, System.Core.dll.s, etc. I don't know if this question is really an Xcode question or a Unity question, but I'm trying to figure out why each of those libraries is being linked - which functions / classes are being referenced - ideally so that I can rewrite my code to remove as many of the dependencies as possible. Does anybody know a way to find this information out?
