    I'm using flash.display.Loader to load this example SWF as a use-case for loading SWFs that uses flex charting components in an application I'm working on.     I've heard that given a programmer with enough time and skill in any particular language and enough lines of code, then any program could be created with any given language. I know its certainly not going to be cost-efficient, for instance, to rewrite Adobe Photoshop in BASIC, but could a good enough and patient enough programmer potentially create any program in any language?

  • Controlling the print options of a pdf

    I am producing a number of PDFs using either SSRS or using an HTML to PDF component. What I want to do for each document is to set the first page to print to tray 1 and subsequent pages. Is there anyway to do this? System.Drawing.Printing and System.Printing seem like good candidates but they don't seem to be useful for PDFs (i may be wrong). The Adobe sdk doesn't at first glance seem to have that level of granularity either.

  • [C#] RichTextBox.AutoWordSelection broken?

    I am writing a windows forms application in C# and I create a RichTextBox (via code, not the designer). I am setting the AutoWordSelection property to false, but when I highlight stuff in the box, it still jumps to the boundaries of words, plus a space. Is this a flaw in .NET or am I doing it wrong?

    I am a template designer and I want to create one wordpress with all generic posts, but I don't want to have to keep logging in and copy & pasteing the same wordpress posts everytime. Can I point multiple WP installs to one database? A harder way would be export a master db and importing it to each install.   • form id renamed to aspnetForm

    When I compile and run a web application ASP.NET appears to be renaming the id of the form on the page, from id="login" to id="aspnetForm". It's messing up my stylesheet which expects the form with login for the id. Changing the css is not an option as it was provided by a designer and I don't want to modify it at all. How do I stop aspnet doing this?

  • Visual Studio Default Open File Action

    I am using Visual Studio 2008 with C#. Is there a way to set the default editor for a class file containing a DataTable derived class? Whenever I double click on one of these classes to open the file VS attempts to open a component designer. Since my class isn't compatible with that editor this is a rather useless default. I would like these files to open up in the normal code editor.

Safari uses a PDF plugin of its own something exclusive to Safari and not present in other webkit based browsers like Chrome.
