    I'm wondering if it is possibile to customize routing in a way that all requests are evaluated by a piece of code, redirected to the relevant controller if a match is found or passed to next rout in list if not found. sample request: /my coolpage/another one the code searches and determine that the right controller for this is Page, action is "list" and id is "123" and so redirects another request: /products/list/5 code finds no match al passes it back to next route that knows how to handle it... any idea on how to do this?

  • Jerky Silverlight 4 animations when running app in OOB

    I was playing with new Silverlight 4 and to my surprise when I run my sample application in OOB all animations become very jerky when I move mouse around during animations, but when I run my app in browser animations are smooth even when moving mouse around. I tried my app on two different computers, turned on GPU acceleration in OOB settings - and got the same jerky result. Is this a know problem with Silverlight?

After a few searches on the we I tried downloading and running the sample the source here: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/magazine/cc164067.aspx I get a compile error: error C2440: 'static_cast' : cannot convert from 'UINT (__thiscall CStaticLink::* )(CPoint)' to 'LRESULT (__thiscall CWnd::* )(CPoint)' 1 Cast from base to derived requires dynamic_cast or static_cast (VS 2008) The tooltips functionality seems to be a bit of a challenge. Any suggestions on how to get this working are much appreciated.

    Hello, I am trying to output some Java objects as JSON, they have List properties which I want to be formatted as { "People" : [ { "Name" : "Bob" } , { "Name" : "Jim" } ] } However, I cannot figure out how to do this with XStream. It always outputs as { "Person" : { "Name" : "Bob" }, "Person" : { "Name" : "Bob" } Is there a way to fix this? This question contains sample code that demonstrates the C++ approach. Of course it would be possible to build a managed C++ assembly to perform this function for C# and VB.NET code, but I'm wondering: is there a way to translate COM error codes using the .NET system libraries?

The problem I am facing is when i applied a watermark to any input field for which validation is also applied then validations are failing For Example: <input type=text name=myinput class="required"> and I applied a watermark for this field in document ready function: $("#myinput ").Watermark("myinput "); This is the sample case where validation is failing as value=myinput is set for input field which is watermarked.
