    I've been trying to configure the above for two days i used ipkall at first and it registered with my sipdroid app because i got a green status light and whenever i make a call from sipdroid it will show it in the pbxes call log but the call drops asap..i downloaded sip2sip to get another number ive gotten the new number from sip2sip now i need to configure sip2sip with sipdroid and google voice...can someone please help me my e-mail is [email protected]

  • Stop Outlook from acting on IMAP Alerts

    I have an IMAP server which sets an "account approaching quota" alert when an account is above 85%. For the majority of our users who are using Thunderbird, this works great as they receive the notice once to twice a day as a gentle reminder. Our few die-hard outlook users on the other hand get an annoying popup as often as their account gets polled. Does anyone know of a way to tell outlook to reuse IMAP connections to avoid this problem (or alternatively to disable Outlook reporting of alerts altogether)?

    I need to monitor some ftp servers for any changes in file structure, things that I need to monitor is how many times an file is downloaded (not sure if possible), if files are changed or not, if files are deleted or not, if ftp server still exists, i would like this to be something that i can run server=side and would like a sms message or email if any of the above changes have occured any one have any experience or would recommend an particular language or script? thanks just for reference, i don't want to install an ftp server, i just want something to help me monitor other remote ftp servers by periodically logging in

They offer the following services: sftp,webdav,smb/cifs,rsync,scp Now i want to do a remote backup to my Backup-Space using rsnapshot. All the examples I found were only for backing up FROM remote servers to local machine, but not for backing up TO remote servers. How can I do incremental backups using rsnapshot using one of the protocols above?

  • How to circumvent ISP Limiting "Unknown" traffic - (SSH)Proxy, VPN

    I am having issues with using a proxy/VPN, with my current ISP (Comenersol, Spain). From my point of view they limit traffic by protocol or by traffic they "know" and "dont know". I'll explain my findings so far below. Internet connection in Spain: ~400-420KByte/sec (speedtest.net) OpenVPN Server in Sweden(pfsense): 100/100Mbit. LZO Compression. TCP. Tun. Aes128 Squid Proxy server in Sweden (pfsense): 100/100 (same box as the vpn server). Plain, no encryption. Runs in stealth mode to hide the use of proxy. NOT running OpenVPN or Squid Proxy, this is my findings: When I download a file from my pfsense box in Sweden, I get maximum speed When I run speedtest.net and choose any european server (including Swedish), I get max speed When I download a torrent (with non default port above 10K), I get limited to ~100KByte/sec. Encryption is turned off If I download something through https, I get max speed Running either Squid Proxy or VPN, this is my findings When I download a file from my pfsense box in Sweden, I get ~100KByte/sec When I run speedtest.net and choose any european server (including Swedish and Spanish), I get ~100Kbyte/sec When I download a torrent, I get same limitation ~100KByte/sec When I download something through https, I get ~100KByte/sec I verify the speeds above with speedtest.net measure, firefox measure in addition to having bmon running in terminal in the background. This way I am certain that the speeds I get presented, are in fact correct. If I connect through a different ISP with VPN or Squid Proxy, I get better speeds (400KByte/sec ++) In short: Whenever I tunnel my traffic through Sweden, my SPanish ISP throttles the traffic. I thought tunneling it through Squid would solve the issue, since I then would no longer hide my traffic through encryption. This does not seem to be the case. Wget and fetch gives same result. I did not try 'nc', but I assume this would give the same result. Does anyone know how to circumvent this issue? I would very much like to be able to get full speed with Swedish ip, as this would make me able to stream TV at higher quality than today. 100KByte/sec just does not cut it quality wise.     I am using .htaccess file to redirect all web traffic in a folder to ssl, because the directory prompts users for a login. When a user logs in they are redirected from https://subdir.mailmarkup.org/ to https://subdir.mailmarkup.org/~homedir/subdir. I want users to be redirected from http to https, and this is occuring successfully, however, I do not want users redirected from the first path mentioned above to the second. How do I prevent this?

  • CentOS PHP Sessions not working even though the PHP Info page says it is

    I have PHP installed properly from the Remi repo on CentOS 6 (64 bit). As shown in the image above, the PHP information page shows sessions as working and installed, yet I get this error: Fatal error: Call to undefined function session_create() in /var/www/lighttpd/index.php on line 1 I've tried multiple reinstalls, different PHP RPM's, and yet nothing will get sessions going. How can I get PHP sessions working?

  • Creating a very detailed report using Excel and/or Access

My knowledge on Access is quite limited so I started doing a mock up of the Report layout in Excel and made this: So from there, I need the information from the data base to be placed in the properly labeled cells. There are over 2500+ entries in the spreadsheet/database, so if creating a report that looks pretty spot on to the one above in access is doable, that might be an easier route.

    I'm trying to create a very simple Windows-XP batch file: Program1.exe Sleep 3 Program2.exe Sleep 5 Program3.exe Sleep 11 Of course, I don't want to have to exit each program, before the next 1 starts. The default for batch-files seems to be "stop until the previous program exists". How do I get this script to run as expected? Edit: The 3 executables listed above are more like "notepad" type programs. They open and run and don't just "open,run,close".

  • Can you set up a gaming LAN using OpenVPN installed in a VMware guest OS and be playing the game on the host OS?

    I would like to setup a gaming VPN. Ie. I have some games that work over LAN and would like to play them with people that are not on my LAN. I know I can do this with OpenVPN. My ultimate goal would be to run OpenVPN portably on my host OS and not even need any virtualization. As such i don't want to install it on my host, but i'm fine with running it portably. I'm even fine with temporarily adding registry keys, and then running a .reg file to remove these entries once i'm done. To this effect i have installed OpenVPN on a virtual machine and diffed the registry. I then manually (using a .reg file) added all the keys that seem important on my host OS and copied the installation folder of OpenVPN onto my host machine. Then i try to run openVPN GUI 1.0.3 as a test and it says "Error opening registy for reading (HKLM\SOFTWARE\OpenVPN). OpenVPN is probably not installed". I verified that that key is indeed in the registry with all subkeys and it looks correct. I have tried running the GUI as an administrator and in compatibility mode with no success. I am running Windows 7. If this fails then i would be happy with installing OpenVPN on a virtual machine in VMWare but they key is that i will be running the game installed on my host machine. The first question for this option is if this is even possible. The second is, that I can't get the VM to have internet access if I use bridging but i can if i use NAT. Is it possible to do this game VPN setup with VMWare guest OS running using NAT? Summary of questions: -Is it possible to run openVPN portably and if so what did i miss above? -If it's not possible to run it portably, then can setup a gaming LAN by installing OpenVPN in a guest OS with NAT and how can i do this? -If the above is not possible then can i install OpenVPN in a guest using bridging and if so how can i set this up with a Windows 7 host and Windows XP guest as currently i can't get the guest to be able to access the internet in bridging mode, but it working in NAT mode. -In general is there any good documentation on setting up a gaming LAN with OpenVPN (i am using 2.1.4) as i have never set up a VPN of any sort before so any help would be much appreciated. I want to continuously watch the netstat output concerning emulator stuff. right now I have to manually execute this command every time sudo netstat -plant | grep emulator I thought doing something like this would repeat above command automatically every 2 sec. watch sudo netstat -plant | grep emulator but instead it hangs the terminal.   • Ubuntu's 'drag window to side of screen expand' in a hotkey

    In ubuntu(using version 12.04), when you drag a window to the left or right side of your screen the window gets auto-maximized in height and is half of the screen on the left or right side respectively. What would be super useful imo is a hotkey that autodetects what side of the screen your window is on the most and then expands it to a state identical to the one described in the above paragraph. Has anyone programatically done this before? If not, how would you go about achieving this?

  • My firefox scrolling is jerky and very slow - how can I fix this?

    I have already turned 'smooth scrolling' on and have downloaded a plugin called 'smooth scrolling'. Whenever I scroll down, the browser movement is very jerky and slow. It is pretty much unusable. However, scrolling in a div with overflow: auto (like the related questions div above the question input textarea) scrolls fine. I am using Windows XP freshly installed with Firefox 3.5.1 Anyone have any solutions?

The proxy of the network I'm on sends the follow 407: HTTP/1.1 407 Proxy Authentication Required ( The ISA Server requires authorization to fulfill the request.   • Kill named running screen with -X only works after reattached

    Hello I am using ubuntu 8.04.4 and would like to start daemons like this: screen -dmS SESSIONNAME script.sh Then i want to kill these screens with -X like so screen -S SESSIONAME -X kill But, this does not work. Only if i attach and detach that session it gets kill'ed with above command. What am i doing wrong? I would like to not have to attach/deattach the session to kill it since i want to use fabric scripts that start/stop daemons remotly. - Thank you
