• 3GB RAM Installed and Detected by BIOS, Windows Vista 32bit Only Sees 2GB

  I am attempting to install more RAM on a Windows Vista 32bit machine which is using a X6DAL-XG motherboard and the RAM amount reported in the BIOS is 3GB+, but Windows is only reporting 2GB installed. The motherboard has 6 RAM bays which I have populated with various combinations of 4 1GB sticks, and 2 512mb sticks, but no matter how I configure them Windows doesn't see more than 2GB. I realize of course 32-bit Windows has a 3gb cap on memory, but that doesn't explain why it will only report 2GB when there are in fact (currently) 5GB installed. I should think I would be able to see at least 3GB. According to the spec list for the motherboard the minimum RAM requirements are DDR333/266mhz installed in pairs. I have done this exactly, and the BIOS isn't reporting any problems at POST. RAM Configuration (according to CPU-Z): Slot #1: Kingston 128mx72D266C25 - 1024mb PC2100 (133mhz) Slot #2: Kingston KVR266X72RC25/1024 - 1024mb PC2100 (133mhz) Slot #3: PQI - 512mb PC2700 (166mhz) Slot #4: Kingston 128mx72D266C25 - 1024mb PC2100 (133mhz) Slot #5: Kingston KVR266X72RC25/1024 - 1024mb PC2100 (133mhz) Slot #6: PQI - 512mb PC2700 (166mhz) I'm not sure if memory specs above conflict with this statement in the motherboard manual or not: Memory Support The X6DAL-XG supports up to 12GB/24GB of registered ECC DDR333/266 (PC2700/PC2100) memory. The motherboard was designed to support 4GB (PC2100) modules in each slot, but only the 2GB modules have been tested. When using registered ECC DDR333 (PC2700) memory, installing four pieces of double-banked memory or six pieces of single-banked memory is supported. So, am I doing something wrong with the RAM I have now, or is there some sort of compatibility problem which I am missing? Thanks!

• Why are my Windows 7 updates continuously failing?

  I'm an advanced level user here with an odd issue. I have two Windows Updates that are failing to install, every single time. I'm getting a mysterious "Code 1" error on both updates, an error for which I'm having difficulty finding a solution. The updates in question are: Security Update for Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Service Pack 1 Redistributable Package (KB2538243) System Update Readiness Tool for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB947821) [May 2011] Because these updates are failing, the Shut Down button in my start menu always has the shield icon next to it, indicating that "new" updates will be installed on shut down. But, of course, they'll fail and when the PC is restarted, the shield icon is still there. • New 3TB HDD, can see full 2.7TB in Linux and Windows, but shows up as 801.6GB in BIOS

  I recently purchased a Seagate Barracuda 3TB drive (ST3000DM001). After installing it, my BIOS recognized it but reported the size as 801.6gb. I went ahead and booted into Linux anyway (Ubuntu 11.10 64-bit). Linux saw it as a 2.7TB. Following some online instructions (don't have the link handy, unfortunately), it looks liked converting this drive to GPT was recommended. So I used gparted to do that, then formatted it to NTFS also using gparted. (I'm using NTFS because my machine is daul-boot and I want to have access to the drive in Windows too). I rebooted to Windows (Windows 7 64-bit), and Windows also sees the drive with 2.7TB free. Everything seems to be working fine. The only issue is that my BIOS is still reporting the drive as 801.6GB. My motherboard is an ASRock 770 Extreme3 and BIOS is the latest version. Since everything seems to be working with the new drive anyway, I'm hoping that the fact that the BIOS is reporting the wrong size is not an actual problem. But honestly, I don't really know. Anyone out there more familiar with this know if this could potentially cause any problems in the future? Any way to get the BIOS to report the correct size?

• How do I fix libdispatch problem crashing Mac OS X apps?

  In the last day I have started having a lot of brokenness on my Mac (MacBook Air running Mac OS X 10.6.2 with all software updates). Most noticably, iTunes no longer syncs with my iPhone. It fails with a crash dialog reporting "AppleMobileDeviceHelper quit unexpectedly" and an error dialog "iTunes was unable to load dataclass information from SyncServices. Reconnect or try again later." I've attempted the fix at support.apple.com/kb/HT1747 but it failed. I've also been having problems (at first seemingly unrelated) with the horrible Cisco VPN client, which started giving me this error: Error 51: Unable to communicate with the VPN subsystem I followed the steps at www.anders.com/cms/192/CiscoVPN/Error.51:.Unable.to.communicate.with.the.VPN.subsystem which don't seem to work for me, although I can connect if I use the command line with sudo : sudo vpnclient connect MyProfile I had a look in the Console app at the diagnostic messages and I noticed a pattern, that a number of apps were reporting "BUG IN CLIENT OF LIBDISPATCH". The affected programs are: AppleMobileBackup AppleMobileDeviceHelper Safari Webpage Preview Fetcher cvpnd (the Cisco VPN daemon) Of these, only the last is non-Apple software! The common text in the diagnostic messages is: Exception Type: EXC_BAD_INSTRUCTION (SIGILL) Exception Codes: 0x0000000000000001, 0x0000000000000000 Crashed Thread: 1 Dispatch queue: com.apple.libdispatch-manager Application Specific Information: BUG IN CLIENT OF LIBDISPATCH: Do not close random Unix descriptors I'm beginning to wonder if there's a permissions problem, or corruption of an important library, ...   I have been researching all day. Here is what I have done: In C:/PHP/php.ini and C:/PHP/php-cgi-fcgi.ini I have made the extension_dir = "C:/PHP/ext" I uncommented extension=php_openssl.dll I went to http://windows.php.net/download/ and got the thread safe version with the PHP 5.4 (5.4.8) version of DLL's In C:/PHP/ext I replaced the php_openssl.dll with the one I downloaded In System32 and SysWOW64 I added the following DLL's ssleay.dll libeay.dll I restarted the IIS server in the Server Manager under Web Server and stopped and started the World Wide Web Publishing Service That didn't work, so I tried same thing with the unthreaded versions. • Data Protection Manager System Protection Backups Failing

  I'm just starting to setup DPM 2010 in a test environment with a Domain Controller and a File Server. Everything seem to be working fairly well and I can get all of my backup jobs to succeed except for the "Computer\System Protection" backups. Both servers are running fully up to date 64 bit Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise with Service Pack 1. The error that is being provided is: DPM cannot create a backup because Windows Server Backup (WSB) on the protected computer encountered an error (WSB Event ID: 517, WSB Error Code: 0x8078001D). (ID 30229 Details: Internal error code: 0x809909FB) This Microsoft Knowledge Base article describes the issue perfectly and provides a hotfix. I downloaded the hotfix, moved it onto the affected server, attempt to run it and receive the following error: The update is not applicable to your computer. I've verified that I have indeed downloaded the 64 bit version. According to this thread the hotfix got rolled into Service Pack 1, yet I'm still experiencing the issue. Both machines do have the Windows Server Backup feature installed. Can anybody point me in the right direction? What am I missing?

• SQL Server Express backup/restore error: The Media Family on Device is Incorrectly Formed.

  Basically, I'm having this issue: http://www.sqlcoffee.com/Troubleshooting047.htm What I'm doing is running a script I found online (http://pastebin.com/3n0ZfybL) to do a full backup, then rar'ing up the file and moving it to my computer. The CRC of the backup file inside the rar is correct on both computers, so there is no problem with data being corrupted when I transfer it. But then I go and try to restore the database on my dev computer here and I get the errors "sql server cannot process this media family" ... "msg 3013". Why is this happening? I'd test out the backup on the server I'm getting it from, but it's a production server. • Where is my free space?

  A week ago I got a low disk space warning on my Vista x64 Ultimate box - 60 Mb free on the disk C; I cleaned up some downloaded msdn images and got 20 Gb freed up. Three days ago I got another notification, it looked suspicious but I didnt have time to deal with it and just moved some heavy stuff to another drive to free up about 17 Gb.... Today morning - 53Mb left on drive C, again! Now it looks really suspecious, so I downloaded TreeSize to see what's taking up the space, just to see it reporting only 121 GB out of 200 GB used, in other words I suppose to have about 79 Gb free. Then I went to Folder Options, enabled viewing of system and hidden files, rerun teh tool to see another 5 Gb added (which is expected). Then I open disk C in windows explorer, select all and right click Properties, to see it reporting teh same amount of files - 126 Gb. But when I look at Drive C properties, it reports that 200GB of 200 Gb are taken. I just scanned the drive with two different antiviruses - Symantec and AVG and found no viruses... I'm a little confused at this point, any ideas where is my free space, woudl be highly appreciated! Thank you! Andrey

• PDFs and Networked Printers

  Weird issue. We have users printing to networked windows-shared printers (print server Win2003 sp2). Some users have been reporting recently that they can't print PDF documents to particular printers (two example printers are HP 2430 PCL 6 driver and 4250 PCL 6 driver). At first, we found that on many of these systems the "Everyone" object was added to the permissions for the root of the C: volume but had no permissions checked. We added modify privileges to it (these are Deep-Freeze systems, so modifications to these systems that we don't add as administrators won't matter) and they seemed to be able to print. Perhaps Acrobat Reader was writing a temp file for printing where users didn't have permission, we surmised, and made the change and moved on. Yesterday the user called in saying it's not working still. Looked at it; bring up a PDF, click Print and the reader app says that you have to install a printer. Look at the printers folder (Windows XP workstation), and it has printers installed. Print a test page, return to AcroReader, and it will print fine to that printer. The whole time web pages, MS Office documents, etc. print without issue to the same printers. Has anyone seen this issue with Acro Reader 9 and certain network printer drivers or shares involving HP printers? I'd post this to SuperUser but it seems to be associated with a networked printer issue, seems to affect subsets of users but may be more widespread and our users aren't reporting it to us assuming we just know about it, and I've not found rhyme or reason as to why it's affecting just PDF printing and particular printers. The print spoolers are all running on the workstations and print server without errors being logged so far, but I'm going through the logs now to see if I can find anything out of place.

• How can I fix Office Sharepoint Search service?

  For some reason, in operations server services, Office Sharepoint Search Service is MISSING! Which means I cant get Shared services working, which in turn I cannot get, and I do not think I have ever got Usage and reporting to see who is visiting my website, counter and with what OS/ browser ETC. I dont think I have ever seen this work in the 2 years trying with sharepoint. So in essense I have two problems, most important SEARCH, second usage reports. When trying to search, all i get is unknown error. Nothing is in my event viewer at all. I have tried http://www.cjvandyk.com/blog/Lists/Posts/Post.aspx?ID=96 , in the comments on that site, on other person reports search is missing entirely and is going to uninstall. Im tired of uninstall sharepoint and resinstalling to fix an odd off issue. I have things setup with Team foundation server that took forever to get work and reinstallation is not my solution. As for usage reporting, this is what microsoft responds to the " Both Windows SharePoint Services Usage logging and Office SharePoint Usage Processing must be enabled to view usage reports. Please contact your administrator to ensure that these services are enabled. " error I cannot do all the steps since SSP needs to be setup which i cant above.

• Does a Windows 7 dvd only have one language?

  I'm a Dutch developer living in Spain. I recently composed a new computer from new parts and I installed Windows 7 Professional 64 bit (OEM) on it. On the web site of the on-line shop there was a note saying "language: Spanish". Because my English is quite a bit better than my Spanish, but mainly because it is much easier to find information on the web in English, I want my OS to be in English. I asked the on-line shop if they also sold the UK version of Windows 7 but they assured me that "all Windows 7 versions are multi-language". With the installation of XP a few years ago, I remember that I was offered the option English or Spanish while the installation process was still in the DOS-like (non-graphical) screen. While installing Windows 7, I did not see any non-graphical screen and the first time I was asked about the language, was in a drop-down list that contained only Spanish. I know about the language pack possibility of Windows 7, but this is not available on Professional. Even if I had Ultimate, I don't know if it would be possible to install Windows in Spanish, and then add English as a second language from a language pack. I get the impression that English has to be the base-language. Furthermore, I am a bit sceptical until I'd see it in action. What happens with shortcuts (i.e. Select All: ctrl-a in English / ctrl-e in Spanish, and what about logging messages in Event Viewer, etc) So can anybody tell me how it works with languages in Windows 7? Have I been misinformed by the computer shop? Could it be that OEM versions of Windows are single language an a full installation is not?

• How to install service packs onto Thin Apps and other questions

  I have a VM that I use to do all my ThinApps, Once I have done my application and its built I copy just the bin folder to a server which has a share, I then create a shortcut to the program exe on users desktops. This all seems to work ok. Firstly is this correct? If so, how then do I apply a service pack to that application after the ThinApp VM has been reverted to a base image, I have corel draw which i have a service pack for but it wont intall it as its saying it cant find the package installed on the computer. I have Thinreg batch file so have included corel into that and the program appears in the program list. I have the sandbox redirected to the server share mentioned earlier into seperate user folders when the user logs in. Obvisouly once i have done a App I revert to a previous snapshop so my thinapp vm is back to base image, so the corel install is lost. Sorry if im missing something very simple. Is its a case if you have an exe/msp you have to reinstall the whole app again and start over, Thanks for any help.

• Unable To Install SQL Server 2008 On Windows 7 & Windows XP

  Hi Guys, you are my final hope of salvation! For the last five hours I've been trying to install SQL Server 2008, first on Windows 7 and then Windows XP. Both have had the same issue. Even before the installation starts, an error message appears saying: Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 installation has failed. SQL Server 2008 Setup requires .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 to be installed. I have installed everything in the hope of getting past this. the service pack it refers to has even been installed and I can see them in the control panel! I have installed Framework 2.0, Framework 2.0 SP1, Framework 3.5, Framework 3.5 SP1, Windows Installer 3.5 and Windows Installer 4.0. Even installed the Service Pack for SQL Server 2008.... But, nothing, works! Does anyone have an idea what I'm doing wrong or what could be wrong? I'm seriously close to the end of my tether, I've even sent Steve Ballmer an email with my frustration. I would seriously appreciate some help with this. Many thanks!

• Git push over http (using git-http-backend) and Apache is not working

  I have desperately been trying to get push for git working through the "smart-http" mode using git-http-backend. However after many hours of testing and troubleshooting, I am still left with error: Cannot access URL http://localhost/git/hello.git/, return code 22 fatal: git-http-push failed` I am using latest versions of Ubuntu (12.04), Apache2 (2.2.22) and Git (1.7.9.5) and have followed different tutorials found on the Internet, like this one http://www.parallelsymmetry.com/howto/git.jsp.   Yesterday I installed Slysoft's Virtual CloneDrive in order to mount an iso for some software installation on my host system (XP Pro SP3) This morning I fired up VMware and made a linked clone of an existing XP vm in order to do some software testing. This is the sort of thing that I do all the time, and the base XP vm that I clone was activated a long long time ago. The surprise today was that the newly cloned vm was no longer activated and XP cited major changes in hardware as the reason. I repeated the test with a full clone of the base system and got the same message. I then started up my base vm and it seemed to be activated, yet another vm (which I fully cloned from the base vm a long time ago) now started reporting that XP was not activated. At this point I guessed that Virtual DriveClone might have been the source of my hardware differences so I uninstalled it and rebooted. After this I made a new linked clone and full clone of the base vm and XP did not complain about not being activated. So I seem to be back to where I was before installing Virtual DriveClone with the exception that that one particular XP vm continues to complain about activation (even though 4 or 5 other XP vm's are fat and happy) Now to my questions: Why would adding Virtual CloneDrive to the host system affect XP activation on the vm's? From their point of view I would have thought that the environment had not changed as I had not enabled any new hard drives in their systems. Or is adding a hard drive to the host system enough to upset XP activation? Since this event, one of my fully cloned vm's is still reporting that XP is not activated even though I have removed Virtual CloneDrive. Is there anyway to convince XP that it is on the same system as yesterday? Or are my only options to do an activation or restore the vm from a previous backup?

• Git clone/push/pull - where's that username comes from?

  I've set up gitosis and able to pull/push through ssh. Gitosis is installed on Debian Lenny server, I'm using git from windows machine (msysgit). The strange thing, if I enable loglevel = DEBUG in gitosis.conf, I see something like this when doing any actions with gitosis server: D:\Kaze\source\test-project>git pull origin master DEBUG:gitosis.serve.main:Got command "git-upload-pack 'test_project.git'" DEBUG:gitosis.access.haveAccess:Access check for '[email protected]' as 'writable' on 'test_project.git'... Question is: why am I *[email protected]? This email is in global user.email config variable, too. Yesterday, when the gitosis was installed, it seen me as kaze@KAZE, this is the name under which I was added to gitosis-admin group (and it worked). But today git (or gitosis) started to see me as [email protected]. This is true for all repositories I push or clone. I had to add this address to gitosis.conf directly on server to be able to edit configs again (it worked). There is 2 public keys in keydir: [email protected] and [email protected], their content is identical and they have kaze@KAZE at end. Origin URL looks like git@lennyserver:test_project. Now, the question is - why Git (or gitosis) suddenly decided to call me by email instead of name@machinename? I've changed a couple things trying to set up Gitosis (updated git on server to 1.6.0 for example), but maybe I broke something in my local git installation?

• Certain Japanese characters aren't displayed properly

  On the following site: http://www.nciku.com/search/radical the first 2 characters on the second row of the "Step 2" table aren't displayed properly. All other characters look fine. I tried re-installing the Asian fonts via the checkboxes regarding Asian fonts in the "Regional and Language Options" control panel applet. I have tried removing every single Font from the Fonts folder (some were ofcourse not possible to remove), and re-installing them all again. I did this by... Running cmd Closing down the explorer process In cmd; using the command DEL /F /S /Q * in the Fonts folder Putting in my XP SP3 Retail disc In cmd; using expand -r *.tt_ in the I386 folder on the XP disc (and any other font file, in the I386\LANG folder) I also tried installing this pack from Microsoft, but this solved nothing either. I even tried running my browser (Firefox) through AppLocale. And changing character encoding -- again, does not help. I've also tried viewing the page in Internet Explorer. What could be wrong? I have checked my Fonts folder, to make sure that every single font available on the XP disc is available in WINDOWS\Fonts. What shows in the first square on the second row - I can't really tell what it's supposed to look like (but it's not the proper character)... but the second square shows a rectangular symbol containing HEX code. I've been in this situation before -- and it has been when I've been missing fonts. But how could I possibly be missing a necessary font? Shouldn't it be provided in the Asian "font packages"? I've talked to some other users that has viewed the page, and they had no problems displaying those characters on second row - even though they're only using the fonts provided on the Windows installation disc. • Blue screen error code 1000008e

  I'm getting blue screens, mostly when trying to boot a program that required a lot of memory (games, photo editing software.) So far I've only managed to catch one set of error codes: BCCode: 1000008e BCP1: C0000005 BCP2: ADA393BA BCP3: E9BCEBC4 BCP4: 00000000 OS Version: 6_0_6002 Service Pack: 2_0 Product: 768_1 It's on a Sony VAIO Laptop VGN FW-41E, Vista OS service pack 2. Besides these codes it lists two 'temporary' files that were related with this crash: ...AppData\Local\Temp\WER-134925-0.sysdata.xml ...AppData\Local\Temp\WERDA66.tmp.version.txt When I googled these files some site said it was linked to a worm called 'yodo', but virus scans don't return any results (hitman pro, malware bytes, avast antivirus all turn up empty). Upon further searching about this yodo worm, I came across security stronghold where someone posted they had acquired this worm when downloading access and excel templates. Now, I actually did download templates for the same programs, they might have been the same, they may be related or I might be grasping at straws here. I have not noticed any issues other in performance as of late, just BSOD's when I start software that requires some memory, but I never had issues with these exact same programs before. Help and/or hints are required on how to actually figure out what's the root of this BSOD issue and how can I fix it. Do you reckon it's actually a virus? What program should be able to remove YODO worm stuff?

• Apache ScriptAlias and access error?

  First of all after much pain i figured out how to make it work in Apache 2.4 windowz. Here is my configuration that seems to work successfully for git clone and push and everything. Problem First of all my configuration works. There is a "Require all denied" at / directory. I want only git functionality and nothing else. • Parallels Plesk returning strange numbers

  Hi everyone, As a relatively new Server Admin I've become a bit confused by some statistics Parallels Plesk Panel 10.0.1 is returning to me. I have a domain ('subscription') set up, mysite.com. Mysite.com only hosts files, mostly images Its file contents use up about 390MB of disk space Here's a screenshot: this is what Plesk is reporting mysite.com to use: And some more info: Now this is pretty confusing... I thought at first my site might have been hacked and had contents written to disk, but I checked and all is in order, nothing has been hacked into as far as I can tell. So I had a look in the site's CP for some more in-depth statistics, and this is what's returned... Now - sod's law - when I go to check my disk space statistics in more depth via the control panel, this morning it says "The data were not collected yet." - not too sure what that means, but, last night when I checked it was reporting something odd. It said Files were using up 390MB, but 1.80GB or so were being used up by 'Mail Accounts'. This is really strange, as there are no mail accounts set up for the domain. The only hint of 'mail' there is, is the catchall set up to forward *@mysite.com to a separate, ISP-hosted email account. Any ideas anybody? I can post more details if you need it. Sorry to be a bit vague but I'm not sure what else I can post. Thanks, Jack

• WebDav System Error 67 in Windows XP

  Issue: I'm having issues getting WebDav to work in the command line on Windows XP, both Service Pack 2 and Service Pack 3. C:\>net use z: https://mywebsite.com/software/ System error 67 has occurred. The network name cannot be found. I have tested this with two webdav server. Both Ubuntu Apache and I Windows Server 2003 IIS. Both get the same result. Things That Haven't Worked: I've installed the following Microsoft KB on my XP machines with no avail. I've also found the following reg key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\WebClient\Parameters UseBasicAuth REG_DWORD 1 I try the following when trying to use a few work around I've dug up on the web, all producing the same result. net use z: https://mywebsite.com/software net use z: https://mywebsite.com/software# net use z: https://mywebsite.com/software/ net use z: https://mywebsite.com/software/# I've also tried all the above combinations adding a user into it /user:user and /user:user@domain. I've also tried using http:// rather than https://. I've tried "\\server.com@ssl:443\folder" I've gone over networking related issues as @WesleyDavid had pointed out. Things that do work: I can connect to the webdav folder via the URL and with mapping in Network Place, with XP. But the command line doesn't work (I need a drive letter). Windows 7 works perfectly with the same command. My Delemma: I need this to work with a drive letter. What else can I try to get this working?

• Why Is Volume Shadow Copy Services stopping?

  I am running Windows 7 Professional, 64-bit. I am running a backup-over-the-internet software client which depends on the Volume Shadow Copy Services running. Since I installed Service Pack 1 (or rather, didn't object when Windows Update forced Service Pack 1 on me) the backup service is failing to back everything up because VSC isn't running. Most of the time it fails to back up such noise as the Security Essentials database or the Messenger Live contact list -- stuff I really don't care about -- but I don't want to fall into the trap of accepting an Error-state backup as "normal". At the recommendation of the backup software, I have set the VSC service startup mode to be Automatic. When I look in the Event Log, System channel I can see at boot time: The Volume Shadow Copy service entered the running state. ...and then two or three minutes later: The Volume Shadow Copy service entered the stopped state. How do I figure out why VSC is stopping? I did not have to resort to following the Microsoft KB instructions.)

• Winamp playing sound but no video

  I am having problems playing video in Winamp (the movie I am trying to play is an AVI - not sure if other formats work). I have installed the K-Lite Codec Pack, and the video does work in Winamp Classic. I can also play the video in Winamp on another machine (although I can't remember the exact configuration details of that machine - and I don't think they're relevant). There are a few symptoms: The content of the Video view is either empty, transparent, or displays rendering from other programs. Opening the Visualization view shows the following error: MILKDROP ERROR DirectX initialization failed (GetDeviceCaps). This means that no valid 3D-accelerated display adapter could be found on your computer. If you know this is not the case, it is possible that your graphics subsystem is unstable; please try rebooting your computer and then try to run the plugin again. Otherwise, please install a 3D-accelerated display adapter. Trying to open streams via the SHOUTCast TV plugin shows Error opening video output, and the video does not open. Opening the file with WMC causes the following error (although the movie still plays): Error creating DX9 allocation presenter CreateDevice failed D3DERR_NOTAVAILABLE There are no warnings displayed in Device Manager, although the display adapter is the standard Windows one. Running DxDiag shows no problems (codec for Video listed as XviD 1.1.2 Final). GSpot reports that codecs are installed. System specs: - Windows Server 2008 r2 Standard 64-bit, with latest updates; - .NET 3.5.1 installed; - Winamp v5.6.01 (latest version); - DirectX 11 (Latest version); - K-Lite Codec Pack 7.0.0 (Full); - Machine is HP DC7600 - full specs here. Please comment if there is any more information which will help to diagnose the problem.
