  • CVS list of files only in working directories

    Is it possible to get a list of files that are in the working directory tree, but not in the current branch/tag? I currently diff the working copy with another directory updated to the same module and tag/branch but without the local non-repo files. It works, but doesn't honor the .cvsignore files. I figure there must be an option using a variation of 'cvs diff'. Thanks in advance.

    I know, other RCS are better, but... I have moved an SVN repository from file:///path/to/repo to http://host.name/svn/repo but there is a working directory (checkout out from file://) with changes that want commiting to the http location. How then, can I change the repo a working directory will commit to when issuing svn commit? I'd rather do that than checkout a new copy and sync changes locally. Also, handy to know for the future.

    Mailto links are not working at all in Chrome (8.0.552.224). These links are working in IE 7&8, Safari, and Firefox. In Chrome, we are clicking on mailto links (we have tested this about 25 times now), and things just go into the ether. In all other browsers, we click on the mailto links, they open up email clients (gmail, outlook, and others), and we can send the email. But in Chrome, we click the mailto links and nothing happens...

    i had installed Ubuntu 11.10 along with the another Ubuntu 11.10 which already installed in my netbook. Later I formatted the partition I newly installed. Next time when I boot it went to Grub Rescue menu. I boot my system again with Ubuntu USB stick, Then I installed Boot repair package in USB and restored MBR and GRUB menu in hard disk.     I am trying to set up ssl support for Apache 2 on Debian. Versions are: Debian GNU/Linux 6.0 apache2 2.2.16-6+squeeze1 I followed a lot of how-tos for days but I couldn't make it work. I also have the catchall address set up on the stemcel.co.uk domain here, but I don't have one setup for chrisadams.me.uk. Instead, we have the following forwarders setup [email protected] to [email protected] [email protected] to [email protected] [email protected] to [email protected] [email protected] to [email protected] Any ideas how to get this working? I'm not sure what I should be looking for here.
