• Creating JTable Row Header

  Hi all, I'm new to JTable.I'm working in Swings using JTable & Toplink(JPA). I have two buttons "add Row", "Del Row" and I have some records displayed from db. when ever "add row" is clicked a new record, row header should be added to JTable with an auto increment number displayed in sequential order to the JTable Row Header. During deletion using "Del row " button the record has to be deleted & not its corresponding header so that next rows got updated to the previous headers & the auto increment number remain unchanged and always be in sequence. please help me on this regard. • Center the stage in Flash CS4/AS3 on a standalone player

  I have a Flash presentation (made in Flash CS4 with AS3) I am working on and running in a standalone Flash player. When I start the presentation the stage is centered in the Flash player, even if I resize it. The presentation contains an FLVPlayback component which, at different frames, plays different content. A navigation menu (made of buttons) is used to move through the different frames. My problem is that if the player is resized so that it is bigger than the stage, sometimes after going into and exiting from fullScreen mode, the stage is moved to the left and I cannot find a way to move it back to the center. I cannot stage the scale as the content becomes distorted and I do not want to force fullScreen all the time. I would just like to center the stage in the Flash player. Is such a thing possible? Any help is greatly appreciated.

  I am creating a WordPress site using Artisteer and various plugins to show off some photo galleries. I have also purchased a e-commerce WordPress theme that I have included as a subdirectory. In this theme they have a share button that I like the functionality of. I want to replicate the button in the front section of the site within the gallery pages. If you click on the images in the gallery you will see a large lightbox come up. I want to add the Share button just above the navigation buttons. This is my require from a customer. • Logictech USB HID controller message

  I have a Logitech game controller(http://www.amazon.com/Logitech-Dual-Action-Game-Pad/dp/B0000ALFCI). I'm using c# and Microsoft's HID driver to track what buttons are being pressed. Each button press sends a Byte Array that has 8 values. The problems is that I don't know what those 8 value represent. Here is an example: 0, 128, 126, 127, 130, 24, 24, 0, 4, 252 0, 128, 126, 127, 130, 40, 40, 0, 4, 252 0, 128, 126, 127, 127, 72, 72, 0, 4, 252 0, 128, 126, 127, 127, 136, 136, 0, 4, 252 Those are the values of the Byte Array for button press 1, 2, 3, 4 respectively. I see where the values are changing, but I'm unsure what they represent. I'm unable to find any specs on Microsoft HID driver. Can someone point me in the right direction?

• Folder browse dialog not showing folders

  I have created an application compiled with .NET 3.5. and used the FolderBrowserDialog object. When a button is pressed i execute this code: FolderBrowserDialog fbd = new FolderBrowserDialog (); fbd.ShowDialog(); A Folder dialog is showed but i can't see any folders. The only thing i see are the buttons OK & Cancel (and create new folder button when the ShowNewFolderButton properyty is set to true). When i try the exact same code on a different form everything is working fine. Any ideas??

But how to get the rowObject of that Index ? I can get the rowNode()But What I need is value of the id column of that Row. Its possible to travarse the HTML DOM returned by rowNode() But Is theer any straight forward way ?

• Code working in jsFiddle but not in browser...

  I'm trying to run the following code, written on my local machine: http://www.jsfiddle.net/WShdx/3/ Functionality-wise (ignore the broken images in the previous and next buttons, and the wrongly-sized main images) the click/hover function is working properly in jsfiddle. However, on my local machine it's not working at all.   i have to make the colorpiker tool of flex, to be a customized one, i beleive you have seen the color picker tool of flex, when you click on the colorpicker, a swatch panel gets open, right?? now in that swatch, there are three compoenents, one is thw colorbox(on top left), beside right to this is the text field holding the hex code of the color and below these two tools, is the colors present in the small rectangles, now my need is this, i want to add three more buttons on the top empty space after textfield, so that structure of the colors pciker looks like this colorbox | textfield | button1 | button2 | button3 color rectangles, showing all default colors i beleive u understood, what i meant here, so plzz help me out in making a custom colorpciker class, thanx Namaste

• How do I get all values from a listbox that are not selected in ASP.NET MVC

  Hello, I have a form that (amongst other things) contains 2 multi-select listboxes. Basically you can add items to the one on the right from the full list of items on the left using some add/remove buttons. The problem is that I cannot see a way of picking up the contents of the listbox when posting back to the controller. I have followed this example: http://ittecture.wordpress.com/2009/04/30/tip-of-the-day-198-asp-net-mvc-listbox-controls/ This works fine if you have actually selected the items in the listbox before posting.   hi guys, i'm new to the asp.net mvc, and while working on this, i used very basic asp.net mvc stuff like beginform, etc. i used a lot of jquery codes this round for client side validation, ajax data retrieval, and other gui works. and i used a combinations of html inputs buttons, etc and the asp.net mvc type of controls. what i noticed is that whenever i click on a button control, which sometimes are tied to either jquery oclick events, when there's a javascript error, the page will just go on and submit. why is this happening and what am i missing here? my bad for the dumb questions.. thanks

• Grouping Windows Forms Radiobuttons with different parent controls in C#

  Hi, I've got a Windows Forms application in which I have a number of RadioButtons. These RadioButtons are placed within a FlowLayoutPanel which automatically arranges them for me. All RadioButtons that are directly added to the FlowLayoutPanel are grouped, meaning I can select only one of them. However, some of these RadioButtons are paired up with a TextBox so I can supply some argument there. But to have all this arranged properly, I add a Panel control to the FlowLayoutPanel so I can control the alignment of the RadioButton and TextBox relatively to each other myself. These RadioButtons now have their own respective Panels as parent controls and thus are no longer included in the radio group with the other RadioButtons. I read that the the RadioButtons that are in the System.Web.UI namespace have a GroupName property, but unfortunately their System.Windows.Forms counterparts lack this property. Is there some other way I can group these radio buttons are am I going to have to handle onClick events myself? Thanks, Jerry

  I have 16 radio buttons in an application of mine.. I have to set a variable based on which one was selected.. and I've produced some very ugly code doing this.. private void Foo_CheckedChanged(object sender, EventArgs e) { convertSource = 1; } private void Bar_CheckedChanged(object sender, EventArgs e) { convertSource = 2; } private void Baz_RadioButton_CheckedChanged(object sender, EventArgs e) { convertSource = 3; } Now, I've been thinking about it and to be honest I thought there might have been a way to do it with a switch.. I just can't conceptualize it in my mind. If anyone could show me a more efficient way of doing this, I'd really appreciate it. It's just really bugging me that such a simple thing as this is taking up fifty to seventy lines of code. thanks, cpatton

  I want to create a GUI driven application for a micro-controller (Atmel XMEGA) that is connected to a 128x64 dots graphics LCD (EA DOGL128-6) and 4 buttons for navigation. Controlling the display itself (e.g. drawing pixels and characters) is no problem but in order to prevent me from reinventing the wheel I was googling for a GUI-Library/-Toolkit that is written in c, includes its source code, will run on a 32 MHz 8-bit micro-controller and provides at least the following controls: panel (to group elements) menu (scrollable) icon label button line-graph (optional) But I didn't find any thing useful. Does anyone know (or better uses) such a library(preferably for free)?

• Toubleshooting mapkit performance

  I'm plotting over 500 points on a map using mapkit. Zooming is a little jittery compared to the native google map app. I've discovered what is causing the slowness. I'm adding custom annotations so that I can later add different pin colors and buttons for detail views: - (MKAnnotationView *) mapView:(MKMapView *)mapView viewForAnnotation:(AddressNote *) annotation { MKPinAnnotationView *annView=[[MKPinAnnotationView alloc] initWithAnnotation:annotation reuseIdentifier:@"currentlocation"]; annView.pinColor = MKPinAnnotationColorGreen; annView.animatesDrop=TRUE; annView.canShowCallout = YES; annView.calloutOffset = CGPointMake(-5, 5); return annView; } If I comment out the above code, everything works fine. Very smooth with zooming in/out. Should I be adding annotations differently to boost performance?

• CKEditor Modal Issues.

  So I'm using CKeditor inside of a jQueryUI dialog. The issue I'm having is when you click on a button like the "link" button, the modal that pops up, won't let me type anything into it's inputs. I can change the values of the pull downs, I can drag the modal around the screen, and I can click on the buttons. But when I attempt to type into the text inputs, nothing happens. Has anyone else come across this? If so, did they find a solution? Thanks! Maybe this has something to do with it? http://dev.jqueryui.com/ticket/4309 But I'm using 1.7.2...

• GUI Framework for flash (as3)

  I can't seem to find any GUI framework's for as3 that are as good as any the applications I already see out on the web; Is this something most people code themselves or am I missing something in flash itself? I'm looking for dialogs/windows, buttons, text boxes, combos, drop downs, menus, etc etc and the ability to extend the components to make new ones. I'd also prefer it to be as3 but any others will do also. May need to elaborate a little.. I'm actually looking for a framework to allow me to create my own GUIs in flash, custom skins, colors, styles, etc.
