    I have a program written in Flash Builder with Flex 4.6 sdk and swf movie with some symbols inside. Those symbols moving around the stage. What I need is load that swf in my program and replace one of those symbols to my bitmap and show whole swf in flashContainer. If I do flashContainer.source = head; then only head with my bmp appears. Need help. And sorry for my bad English.

  • Dynamically add rows to listbox

    I have a list box that displays information off of a column of a dataset. I would like the number of rows displayed to be all the rows that are in the dataset (the number of datasets in the rows vary). I'm figuring it has something to do with ListBox.Rows = Dataset.Tables[0].Rows.Count; But it seems to just always default to 4 even when it is only 2.   • How to add indexes to MySQL tables?

    I've got a very large MySQL table with about 150,000 rows of data. Currently, when I try and run SELECT * FROM table WHERE id = '1'; the code runs fine as the ID field is the primary index. However, recently for a development in the project, I have to search the database by another field. For example SELECT * FROM table WHERE product_id = '1'; This field was not previously indexed, however, I've added it as an index but when I try to run the above query, the results is very slow. An EXPLAIN query reveals that there is no index for the product_id field when I've already added one and as a result the query takes any where from 20 minutes to 30 minutes to return a single row. My doubt is can i do this adding of objects to container in base ctor or should i do in derived ctor.?

    I've got a list of links that point to images, and a js function that takes a URL (of an image) and puts that image on the page when the function is called. I was originally adding an inline onlick="showPic(this.getAttribute('href'))" to each a, but I want to separate out the inline js.     I am rendering a similar construct to the below with some server side code. The server side code inserts hard returns in between the project label and text fields. Not a big deal except the below jQuery code inserts the project label and text fields mashed together. var projectLabel = $('<label for="project">Project</label>'); var projectField = $('<input type="text" name="project" id="projectName" />'); projectLabel.insertBefore($(this)); projectField.insertBefore($(this)); Because of this discrepancy the elements rendered server side have a space between them while the ones rendered on the client do not. I've tried adding a nbsp; at the end of each line to no avail. Unfortunately, I have been unable to remove the hard returns outputted by the server side code. Further because of the space I can't fix this with CSS. What are my options for adding spacing via jQuery?

  • How to dynamically add a Javascript function (and invoke)

    Based on a click event on the page, via ajax I fetch a block of html and script, I am able to take the script element and append it to the head element, however WebKit based browsers are not treating it as script (ie. I cannot invoke a function declared in the appended script). Using the Chrome Developer Tools I can see that my script node is indeed there, but it shows up differently then a script block that is not added dynamically, a non-dynamic script has a text child element and I cannot figure out a way to duplicate this for the dynamic script. Any ideas or better ways to be doing this? The driving force is there is potentially a lot of html and script that would never be needed unless a user clicks on a particular tab, in which case the relevant content (and script) would be loaded.     I am developing a project in which I am persisting some POJOs by adding Hibernate annotations. One problem I am running into is that code like this fails, as Hibernate tries to map the sub-fields within the Time_T onto the same column (i.e. startTime.sec and stopTime.sec both try to map to the colum sec, causing an error). @Entity public class ExampleClass { @Id long eventId; Time_T startTime; Time_T stopTime; } @Embeddable public class Time_T { int sec; int nsec; } As there will be many occurrences like this throughout the system, it would be nice if there was an option to automatically append a prefix to the column name (e.g. make the columns be startTime_sec, startTime_nsec, stopTime_sec, stopTime_nsec), without having to apply overrides on a per-field basis. Does Hibernate have this capability, or is there any other reasonable work-around?

    Hi guys, I'm experimenting with C#, and right now I'm trying to get a web page that needs cookies. Since I had no success doing it, I wrote this little PHP script ( directly from php.net): <?php foreach (getallheaders() as $name => $value) { echo "$name: $value\n"; } ?> but, when i run: this.WBro.Navigate("http://localhost/cookie.php", null,null,"Cookie: foo=bar"); the foo cookie isn't there, and all I got is a page displaying the "usual" headers ( except the cookie one).     I need a way of generating a word document (from a template or something) and inserting an image at a specific place. Does anyone have any pointers on the best way to do this? I worked on a project that used Office Automation in .NET 1.1 a few years ago, and it was really unspeakably poor. I'm assuming OA has either been improved or been superceeded by a better solution, but I'm not finding much advice on google.
