Hi,
I can set max line in my TextView in layout xml file.

Hi,
Is it possible to find all the varchar() columns in my database?
I am using SQL Server 2008 and would like to get the list in SQL server management console.
JD.
Currently I have a SQLite database, that is set statically to use database01.sqlite... but what I need is a way to have the file path find the newest version of the database file that exists.
For example: If a database file of database04.sqlite is available, it should use that one instead.
Below is my current code:
NSString *databaseDirectory = [NSSearchPathForDirectoriesInDomains(NSDocumentDirectory, NSUserDomainMask, YES) objectAtIndex:0];
NSString *filePath = [databaseDirectory stringByAppendingPathComponent:@"database01.sqlite"];

Is there a way to find the complement or supplement of a color given its RGB values? Or can it only be found for certain colors? How would someone go about doing this in Java?
My friend has convinced me to start learning some C++, so my question is simple: where can I find some good tutorials for it?
But please don't link me to the usual dry boring tutorials that only tells you the function syntax, I need more thorough explanations. I get sidetracked very easily, and I need tutorials that are more on a human level, that I'll not only learn from, but enjoy reading as well.
So I'd appreciate any links that would help :)

I want to find all muliples of a number in PHP.
I'm using something like this
if($count != 20 )
to work out if $count is not equal to 20.
but i also need this script to check if $count is not equal to 20,40,60,80,100,120,140,160 etc.
Any ideas? I think i need to use the modulus symbol (%), but i don't know.

Hi,
Can you please tell me where I can find a 'gitk' type of tool for hg on ubuntu?
I have tried '$ sudo apt-get install tortoisehg' but I get this:
$ hgtk
abort: This version of TortoiseHg requires Mercurial version 1.3.n to 1.4.n, but finds 1.5.2
How do I find if a string contains html data or not? (note: user provides input via rich:editor and its quite possible he could have used either a simple text or used html formatting)
I get this exception when I want to open a keystore
java.io.FileNotFoundException: \resources\keystore (The system cannot find the path specified)
Basically my application is like
src/
client.java
server.java
resources/
keystore
truststore
And the faulty code :
System.setProperty("javax.net.ssl.keyStore","/resources/keystore");
System.setProperty("javax.net.ssl.keyStorePassword", "ebanking");
I also tried ./resources/keystore, resources/keystore, \\resources\\keystore etc..
My application is supposed to work in an executable jar so no absolute path technique please.
I am trying to find a list of what ISBNs are in use. I guess I could scrape a website like Amazon but that would waste a lot of bandwidth. Is there a better (free) way?
I'm looking for a way in python to find out which type of file system is being used for a given path. I'm wanting to do this in a cross platform way. On linux I could just grab the output of df -T but that won't work on OSX or windows.
Hi folks:
I have a question about algorithm:
How to find all characters in a string whose appearance is greater than a specific number, say 2 for example efficiently?
Regards.
Hi, I'm not a genius in geometry, I'd like to find a point in as3 with the radius and a angle but I don't remember the rule, I know this should be simple!
I have an example more clear here
An executable file loads an external library.
Is there a way for the library to know the calling executable file?
(I would have sworn I saw the answer to this elsewhere, but I can't seem to find it anymore)
Is there any fast way to find the largest power of 10 smaller than a given number?
I'm using this algorithm, at the moment, but something inside myself dies anytime I see it:
10**( int( math.log10(x) ) ) # python
pow( 10, (int) log10(x) ) // C
I could implement simple log10 and pow functions for my problems with one loop each, but still I'm wondering if there is some bit magic for decimal numbers.
Hi
Working with iPhone simulator 3.1.3 - Trying to add a framework to my project - MediaPlayer.framework.
I tried the "Add existing framework" method - but cannot find the file in folder "Frameworks". Am I looking in the wrong place? Wrong filename? Wrong space/time continuum?
I also did a search for the file - to no avail. Not in /System/Library/Frameworks/
Do I have to download it?
