  • Connecting to SQL Server in Php - Extension Err

I also checked the php.ini file to make sure it is not commented out. I have my file dbase.php saved in C:\wamp\www\php. I have tried stopping the service, closing everything, and running it again. I know the problem is that the extension file is not being included somehow. The below is copied from my php.ini file.   • Convert a PDF to a Transparent PNG with GhostScript

    Hi all. I am attempting, unsuccessfully, to use Ghostscript to rasterize PDF files with a transparent background to PNG files with a transparent background. I've searched high and low for questions from others attempting the same thing and none of the posted solutions, which as far as I can tell come down to specifying -sDEVICE=pngalpha, have worked with my test files. At this point I would really appreciate any advice or tips a more experienced hand could provide. My test PDF is located here: http://www.kolossus.com/files/test.pdf It could be that the issue is with this file, but I doubt it. As far as I can tell, it has no specified background, and when I open the file with a transparency-aware app like Photoshop or Illustrator, sure enough it displays with a transparent background. However, when opened with an application like Adobe Reader the file is rendered with a white background. I believe that this has more to do with the application rendering the PDF than with the PDF itself -- apps like Adobe Reader assume you want to see what a printed document will look like and therefore always show a white canvas behind the artwork -- but I can't be sure. The gs command I'm using is: gs -dNOPAUSE -dBATCH -sDEVICE=pngalpha -r72 -sOutputFile=test.png test.pdf This produces a PNG that has transparent pixels outside of the bounding box of the artwork in the file, but all pixels that are inside the artwork's bounding box are rasterized against a white background. This is a problem for me, as my artwork has drop shadows and antialiased edges that need to be preserved in the final output, and can't just be postprocessed out with ImageMagick. A sample of my PNG output is at the same location as the pdf above, with .png at the end (stackoverflow won't let me include more than one url in my post). Interestingly, I see no effects from using the -dBackgroundColor flag, even if I set it to something non-white like -dBackgroundColor=16#ff0000. Perhaps my understanding of the syntax of this flag is wrong. Also interestingly, I see no effects from using the -dTextAlphaBits=4 -dGraphicsAlphaBits=4 flags to try to enable subpixel antialiasing. I would also appreciate any advice on how to enable subpixel antialiasing, especially on text. Finally, I'm using GPL Ghostscript 8.64 on Mac OS 10.5.7, and the rendering workflow I'm trying to get set up is to generate transparent PNG images from PDFs output by PrinceXML. I'm calling Ghostscript directly for the rasterization instead of using ImageMagick because ImageMagick delegates to Ghostscript for PDF rasterization and I should be able to control the rasterization better by calling GS directly.     Can I disable general logging completely without restarting the server? Because, per the documentation: SET sql_log_bin = {0|1} Disables or enables binary logging for the current connection (sql_log_bin is a session variable) if the client has the SUPER privilege. The statement is refused with an error if the client does not have that privilege. Can I enable/disable general log without restarting MySQL?

    I'm using MS SQL 2008. Is it possible to create a script to loop over all tables in a database generating a set of index drop scripts and create scripts separately? What I have to do is drop all indexes on a set of databases to run a heavy data load process but then I want to re-enable all the indexes. I don't want to have to go through each table and script an index drop and then index create. Thanks!

However, since my datagridview control has relatively large number of columns, I need an auto scroll feature which follows the current drag-drop position so that users can see the destination column(s) before dropping. I have implemented the custom drag and drop feature but still I am having problem to enable auto scroll option.

  • UIViewController not oreintating. Methods not called

    Greetings, This question does seem to be an ongoing saga in the world of iphone SDK... so heres my contribution... Had two separate projects from the same template... one semi-works, the other not at all... Please let me explain my steps... used this basic GL ES template //iphonedevelopment.blogspot.com/2008/12/opengl-project-template-for-xcode.html had to sort out some of the 'Release' configuration but otherwises has eveything I need to add orientation to a GL ES project. One my first project, did my stuff, then added these methods.... -(BOOL)shouldAutoRotateToInterfaceOrientation ..... -(void)willRotateToInterfaceOrientation .... -(void)didRotateFromInterfaceOrientation .... -(void)willAnimateRotationToInterfaceOrientation .... And understand what they do (or are trying to do in my case), the (BOOL)should... gets called once when the view controller is created, and returns 'YES'. But after that none of the other methods are called! So I started from scratch with a blank template (GL ES one from above)...and added minimum to support auto rotation. But this time none of the methods get called! So I investigated .... //developer.apple.com/iphone/library/qa/qa2010/qa1688.html as it said, I added the GLViewController.view first, then added the GLview as subviews of the application delegate. Nothing! Then found this //www.iphonedevsdk.com/forum/iphone-sdk-development/44993-how-determine-ipad-launch-orientation.html which states to enable orientation notifications [[UIDevice currentDevice] beginGeneratingDeviceOrientationNotifications]; and then subsequently disable them in the view controller... makes sense...did it, nothing... I think the notifications might be on by default though, since I didn't need to enable them in the first project, yet it still try to verify a orientation (i.e (BOOL)shouldAutoRotate... )... If any one could help me out it would be greatly appreciated as this issue is driving me insane. Thanks in advance. Action: Enable the queue using START_QUEUE. But this error occurs every time when restart the database, is there any configuration to set to start the dequeue on database startup? thanks!

    Version: Eclipse 4.2 Codename: Juno I don't see a fast view bar in eclipse 4.2. I can't rightclick on a view and enable fast view. The fast view options under General - Perspectives does nothing. Was the fast view feature removed or am I missing something? Its working nicely accross all the browsers.Except when I enable Selenium IDE ,my custom confirm dialog function fails to capture "options" parameters and firefox console echos like this: options is undefined callback=options.callback; Error When Selenium IDE is visible Normal Behaviour When Selenium IDE is closed Please help me sort out this issue so I should able to run selenium tests.
