  • PHP: Parsing of a given form input variable

    How would I go about parsing incoming form data where the name changes based on section of site like: <input type="radio" name="Motorola section" value="Ask a question"> where 'Motorola section may be that, or Verizon section, or Blackberry section, etc. I do not have any control over changing the existing forms unfortunately, so must find a way to work with what is there. Basically, I need to be able to grab both the name="" data as well as its coresponding value="" data to be able to populate the email that gets sent properly.

Route::get('bulk',array('uses'=>'HomeController@bulk'))->before('auth'); In my view Iam testing it by ... @if(Session::has('message')) Present @else not Present @endif The page is making a view with the message 'not Present' why is it?? I even tried return Redirect::to('bulk')->with('message','hii there'); I get an erro mesage on Console mypro/public/bulk net::ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS What could be the problem?? is there any issues with name?? I tried this method earlier which worked fine for me.... :( Iam using Blade Template..

    In the process of changing some code, I have spilt some functions into multiple files. I have the files controls.cpp and display.cpp and I would like to be able to have access to the same set of variables in both files. I don't mind where they are initialized or declared, as long as the functions in both files can use them. This was not an issue when the functions were in the same file, but now it seems almost impossible after an hour of googling and trying various things.

My strategy is to check the name of the array to see if it an object. My code works perfectly when I check only a single array and hard code the array name into my function.     I have an image uploading script in which i use the following setup to assign names to uploaded images; $saltdate = date( 'U' ); $saltuser = $_SERVER[REMOTE_ADDR]; $saltname = md5($saltdate.$saltuser); // Recieve, Process, Save uploaded image // Update database with image name The problem that i encounter is that after processing/saving the image, when its time to add this file name to the database, the value of $saltdate seems to have changed and i will get a file name in the database that doesnt exist. How can i make sure that the value doesn't change once i establish it?

    Hey, I'm trying to develop a toolbar for Microsoft Outlook. For getting it to work I need mso.dll and msoutl.olb as an import. My problem is: the path is hardcoded , but it varies for every OS and of course if someone doesn't install Office to the default path. I tried it this way http://support.microsoft.com/kb/234788/en-us/ but it didn't work, because I couldn't get the return value I needed (OK, after four type conversions but I thought there had to be a better way ;) ) Thanks for helping

For example, this does not work: select max([id]) from @dbName+N'.[T1]' This will give an error like: Msg 102, Level 15, State 1, Line 73 Incorrect syntax near '+'. I know that something like this works: declare @qualifiedTable varchar(200) = @dbName+N'.[T1]' select max([id]) from @qualifiedTable But I have to do this LOTS of times so I would really like to do it in line.   • Error "initializer element is not constant" when trying to initialize variable with const

    I get an error on line 6 (initialize my_foo to foo_init) of the following program and I'm not sure I understand why. typedef struct foo_t { int a, b, c; } foo_t; const foo_t foo_init = { 1, 2, 3 }; foo_t my_foo = foo_init; int main() { return 0; } Keep in mind this is a simplified version of a larger, multi-file project I'm working on. The goal was to have a single constant in the object file, that multiple files could use to initialize a state structure. Since it's an embedded target with limited resources and the struct isn't that small, I don't want multiple copies of the source. I'd prefer not to use: #define foo_init { 1, 2, 3 } I'm also trying to write portable code, so I need a solution that's valid C89 or C99. Does this have to do with the ORGs in an object file? That initialized variables go into one ORG and are initialized by copying the contents of a second ORG? Maybe I'll just need to change my tactic, and have an initializing function do all of the copies at startup. Unless there are other ideas out there?

    Hi All, Sorry if the question is very naive. I will have to check the below condition in my code 0 < x < y i.e code similar to if(x > 0 && x < y) The basic problem at system level is - currently, for every call (Telecom domain terminology), my existing code is hit (many times). So performance is very very critical, Now, I need to add a check for boundary checking (at many location - but different boundary comparison at each location). At very normal level of coding, the above comparison would look very naive without any issue. However, when added over my statistics module (which is dipped many times), performance will go down. So I would like to know the best possible way to handle the above scenario (kind of optimal way for limits checking technique). Like for example, if bit comparison works better than normal comparison or can both the comparison be evaluation in shorter time span? Other Info x is unsigned integer (which must be checked to be greater than 0 and less than y). y is unsigned integer. y is a non-const and varies for every comparison. Here time is the constraint compared to space. Language - C++. Now, later if I need to change the attribute of y to a float/double, would there be another way to optimize the check (i.e will the suggested optimal technique for integer become non-optimal solution when y is changed to float/double). Thanks in advance for any input. PS : OS used is SUSE 10 64 bit x64_64, AIX 5.3 64 bit, HP UX 11.1 A 64.

    I'm trying to build a simple scoring app but I'm running into a problem trying to keep it so I don't have to repeat a bunch of code to deal with each 'base' individually. The basic idea is that when I click a button the script will; 1) grab the ID of said button 2) split the ID into two parts - (a) the bases name and (b) the button type (plus/minus) 3) if it's plus - add to the bases score, if it's minus - subtract from the bases score 4) update the assigned div with the new value The part I'm stuck at is adding and subtracting. I can't seem to get this to work.
