  • how to configure IP cam to stream using right network card?

    I have IP cam that supports RTSP streaming. It's connected to router with 2 network cards with IP1 and IP2 addresses. I make 2 connections to IP cam by IP1 and IP2 addresses from the same IP and I need to receive corresponding streams thru correct network card, but both streams (RTP over UDP) go thru IP1. How this can be resolved? I don't know if RTSP server binds UDP sockets to corresponding IP and I don't know what IP stack is in IP cam (weak end system or strong end system). I haven't found anything interesting in router configuration. As I understand, routing table cannot help me cos I'm connected from the same IP, is it right? Also Sorry for incomplete info but it's all I have at the moment. Thanks for your time.

    According to the Release Notes: All user request have an X-AppEngine-Country header which contains the ISO-3166-1 alpha-2 country code for the user, based on the IP address of the client request. My app is running on localhost with the 1.5.1 Java release which contains the X-AppEngine-Country header but I don't seem to be receiving any value for this header in my requests. Do I have to deploy the app to a production instance to test this feature?

    I've been trying to make an ajax request to an external server. I've learned so far that I need to use getJSON to do this because of security reasons ? Now, I can't seem to make a simple call to an external page. I've tried to simplify it down as much as I can but it's still not working. I have 2 files, test.html & test.php my test.html makes a call like this, to localhost for testing : $.getJSON("http://localhost/OutVoice/services/test.php", function(json){ alert("JSON Data: " + json); }); and I want my test.php to return a simple 'test' : $results = "test"; echo json_encode($results); I'm probably making some incredible rookie mistake but I can't seem to figure it out. Also, if this works, how can I send data to my test.php page, like you would do like test.php?id=15 ? The test.html page is calling the test.php page on localhost, same directory I don't get any errors, just no alert ..

  • Modify shell script to monitor/ping multiple ip addresses

    Alright so I need to constantly monitor multiple routers and computers, to make sure they remain online. I have found a great script here that will notify me via growl(so i can get instant notifications on my phone) if a single ip cannot be pinged. I have been attempting to modify the script to ping multiple addresses, with little luck. I'm having trouble trying to figure out how to ping a down server while the script keeps watching the online servers. any help would be greatly appreciated. I haven't done much shell scripting so this is quite new to me.   • Load external pages using jquery

    I'm trying to use jquery to load external pages into the current without reloading. Apparently everything works fine except of one little issue, I hope I'll be clear as much as possible. When I call the page 'info.php' it is loaded into the #content div. That's what the script supposed to do, the problem is that in the main page, which contains the script and the #content div, I already have some code that I want it to be executed when someone visit the page and not to be called from external page.   • Loading external SWF with masked content - need width/height

    I am loading an external swf using the SWFLoader component. The swf that is being loaded is masked so that only a portion is being shown. However, when it's loaded the actual size of the swf (loader.content.width/loader.content.height) is the complete swf including the masked area. Therefore, the loaded swf does not display properly in the itemrenderer Is there a way to to grab the size of the just the masked area as opposed to getting the size of the entire swf's contents? One item to note that is complicating the issue, is that these are swf files that have already been created and there are many of them. In some instances, the size of the stage matches up with the size of the masked area. In other instances, the stage is larger (or possibly smaller) than the masked area movieclip as well as possibly the actual size of the movieclip (w/o the mask). I am currently loading the external swf in using a Loader. Once loaded, I make a copy (screen shot) of the swf by creating a bmp of the loader.content.This is done as I don't want to have any animations being shown on screen at this moment. I am setting the size of the bmp using using loader.content.width & loader.content.height. I then set the SWFLoader.source to the bitmap.

  • How to see external libraries code when debugging

    Hello!! First of all... this is my message #1 in this place, so... please be nice with me ;) I just started recently to study Gnome apps/libraries and I found that debuggers are an excellent way to learn, because seeing the code running helps a lot in understanding the structure of the program. But I have a problem. For example, debugging gnome-panel I found a lot of calls to external functions (basically the GTK+ functions), and although pretending to see all the code of all the functions applications like this call would be crazy, there are a lot that will be very interesting to see in action. The problem is that the debugger hasn't the code of those libraries loaded and it can't show it to me —at most it shows the line number where the execution is. I'm using Nemiver and when it tries to enter in an external function it claims because it can't find a file it supposed to be somewhere. For example, trying to enter in gtk_window_set_default_icon_name it tries to load /build/buildd/gtk+2.0-2.16.1/gtk/gtkwindow.c, and calling XSetIOErrorHandler, ../../src/ErrHndlr.c. So now I think that I'm doing something wrong... Why Nevimer are looking for those source files in those places?? My system does not even have the /build/buildd/ folders... and I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or I need to install somethig or what. Any suggestion?     I am trying to do a simple hw problem involving namespace, static data members and functions.   • getting an exception when refreshing the configuration in memory on change to external config file

    Hi, I have a windows service which reads the config settings from an external file which is located at a different path than the path to the executable for the windows service. the windows service uses a FileSystemWatcher to monitor the changes to the external config file and when it the config file is changed, it should refresh the settings in memory by reading the updated settings from the config file. but this is where I am getting an exception "ConfigurationErrorsException" and the message is "An error occurred creating the configuration section handler for appSettings: The process cannot access the file 'M:\somefolder\WindowsService1.Config' because it is being used by another process." and the inner exception is actually "IOException" with same message. here is the code. I am not sure what is wrong with the code.     I would like to write a messaging system using TCP IP in Delphi 2010. I would like to hear what my best options are for using the standard delphi 2010 components/indy components for doing this.   • Importing external .jar file to Android project

    I've read various answers to similar questions on StackOverflow, so I apologise if I'm repeating another question, but I can't seem to get this to work. I have a standard java project in which I've written code to parse some BBC Radio XML data from the internet. The project is called BBCSchedules and the class I'm interested in is called BBCChannel. I'm now trying to use the BBCChannel class in an android application. How should I go about doing this? I've tried various things, following various bits of advice on the internet, and the place I've got to at the moment is compiling my BBCSchedules project to a .jar file, and importing that to the Android project using the Build Path/Library/Add External Jar option. However, Eclispe still doesn't recognise the BBCChannel class, and won't let me run the application because of this. I guess I've done something silly wrong, but what is it? Cheers, Robin UPDATE: I've tried the steps listed in http://stackoverflow.com/questions/1334802/how-can-i-use-external-jars-in-an-android-project and various other StackOverflow questions I can find that seem to be related to this, but absolutely nothing seems to work. Any other ideas? UPDATE: The discussions I've had with the author of the first answer below suggest that it is something to do with how I am using Eclipse to attach the .jar file. The project he sent me with the .jar file already attached didn't work. Any other ideas anyone?

    I have an account in university on Linux machine with 10TB of free space accessible via SFTP. I would like to backup my Windows 7 x64 laptop to university. Currently I am using rsync+cygwin, but backup is pretty slow (without shadow copy) and I hate console window appearing every day on my screen when I login. So I am looking for something like Windows Backup but with support for SFTP. Combination of tools will work too.

  • SBS2003 OWA not displaying images on external side

    I've got an SBS 2003 server with companyweb/remote owa site. After authenticating remotely to the https:/servername/remote site, and then clicking on Use Outlook Web Access, the mail/owa site displays only limited amounts of data with Loading... displayed (see first image). This is different when viewing the site on the server itself (see second image). Different browsers will display different types of data (last screenshot is Chrome - first two are IE). I feel IIS permissions on the virtual directories is the cause, but not certain. Forms-based authentication etc is working ok etc. Any suggestions? Authentication and getting email via ActiveSync is not a problem. I don't want to break anything, and it's not a major problem because the users only get their email via outlook and iphones anyway without problems. I'm more interested in finding out for my own info so please give me some suggestions to try. Thanks for looking!

  • VPN IP Routing - slow connections

    UPDATE: Router error logs show: LCP Time-out 0 I'm not sure how to correct this. The Lan-to-Lan profiles are set to -1 Idle Timeout (for the remote branch). I have a PPTP VPN running between two Draytek 2820 routers. They are setup that one dials out to the other one. Main Practice - 192.168.1.0/24 Branch - 192.168.3.0/24 I have then set (on the Branch) router the following route: 192.168.1.0/24 If I then request a server running on 192.168.1.1 from the Branch, it correctly routes through VPN tunnel. If I request the branch server at 192.168.3.1 it correctly routes to the local server without using the VPN tunnel. I have temporarily disabled the firewall on both routers, and made sure that QoS is disabled. The Main Practice internet connection is ~30mb down / ~10mb up, and the Branch connection is ~5mb down / ~2mb up. Anything over the VPN tunnel runs pretty slowly (VNC, Remote Desktop and Terminal Emulators). However, if I dial using the Windows VPN wizard, creating a connection from the laptop to the Main Practice - everything runs quickly. I'm looking for possible causes, and/or ways of further diagnosing the issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated! UPDATE: In summary, when I connect within the Branch and try and access a host that's within the Main Practice it works, but slowly. If I then dial the VPN on my Windows 7 laptop whilst still connected to the Branch network, it's fast.
