  • Disable text selection in QT/WebKit GUI

    I'm checking if it would be possible to implement a GUI using HTML through PyQT and WebKit. One of the problem is that using the mouse you can select the text making up the interface. Can this behaviour be disabled? Also, the mouse pointer changes to an insertion caret while over the selectable text. I would like to disable this, without disabling the hand mouse pointer which appears when over a clickable link.

    I've created a ComboBox skin by extending mx.skins.ProgrammaticSkin. It's working fine, except I can't figure out how to limit the width of the text. Is there a way to control this within the skin? See the attached image for an example of the text going too far. I would like it to stop before the separator line to the left of the down arrow.

A's ratio is 30%, B's ratio is 40%, c's ratio is 30% So pie chart gets divided into 3 parts, outside the graph , we should get the label A(in A's area only), when we point on , tool tip should say "A's ratio is 30 %'.     I have set up a demo that has 5 floating <div>s with rotated text of varying length. I am wondering if there is a way to have a CSS class that can handle centering of all text regardless of length. At the moment I have to create a class for each length of characters in my stylesheet. This could get too messy. I have also noticed that the offsets get screwd up is I increase or decrease the size of the wrapping <div>.
