  hi, I'm student working on optimizing GCC for multi-core processor. I tried going through the source code, it is difficult to follow through it since I need to add some code to the back end. Can anyone suggest some good resource which explains the code flow through the different phases. Also suggest some development environment for debugging GCC mainly to step through the code.   I am looking for a library which I can plug into a distributed application which implements any gossip-based membership protocol. Such a library would allow me to send/receive membership lists, merge received membership lists, etc... Even better would be if the library implemented a protocol with performance O(logn) performance guarantees. Does anyone know of any open source library like this? It doesn't need to meet all of the aforementioned requirements; even something partially implemented would be helpful.

  hi...though it's debatable, i've heard majority of CSS developers prefer multi-line because of the ease at which a property can be found within the CSS file. But doesn't this make the CSS file bigger and less readable on the whole? I think single-line lets you scan the CSS file much faster. Any thoughts?

  NSData *data = [[NSData alloc] initWithContentsOfURL:url]; Url is an NSURL and it works fine. However I'd like to get the HTML (data) after I've logged in. So the website has a standard way of logging in with 2 textboxes and a submit action on the form. So how can I log in then get the HTMl source so I can parse it.
