I'm using GD to create an image on the fly, and I'm then printing it like this: $r->content_type('image/png'); binmode STDOUT; print $im->png; But is this the correct way to do things in mod_perl2? (Ignore the fact that I'm generating an image on the fly and not caching it etc ...)

• how to stop objcopy from padding sections

  I'm using objcopy on bash (ubuntu linux) and im trying to copy 2 sections from an ELF file using the folowing commend: objcopy -j .section1 -j .section2 The problem is the objcopy is adding some padding between the sections. Is there a way (a flag?) that can stop objcopy from padding the sections? the sections are placed one after the other in the file so there is no need for any kind of padding....

  Hi I have image upload form, user attaches aimage file, and selects image size to resize the uploaded image file(200kb, 500kb, 1mb, 5mb, Original). Then my script needs to resize image file size based on user's optional size, but im not sure how to implement this feature, For example, user uploads image with one 1mb size, and if user selects 200KB to resize, then my script should save it with 200kb size. I'm able to send STDOUT to logger, for logs via rsync --del -az -e 'ssh -i mycrt.crt' /home/gnutt/backup/ me@offisite:backup | logger -i But I want to send STDERR instead, so if there is a problem, such as that offsite is unavailable, that output should be sent to logger and logged.

  I recently upgraded to Visual Studio 2010 and found out that when i press Ctrl-Backspace on a empty line it will delete the line, which is what it did in 2008, but then it will also delete the last character on the line above. I have tried to see if there is any settings anywhere but i cant seem to find any. Does anyone know if you can change this or did they make it default in 2010 Im using C#, if that makes a difference.

  using visual studio 2008 Asp.net HTML Designer Howdy, Silly question but im using the HTML desinger in vs2008 to produce a ASP.net webform page, and i cant seem to find a way to select/group multiple controls with the mouse and move them all about the page in one group to keep them all aligned. I can select multiple controls with cntrl/click combo, and use the align options, but once they are selected i cannot move them aroound the webform as a group any advice appreciated
