  • python RSA implemention with PKCS1

    - by user307016
    I got the following code in javascript for RSA implementionhttp://www-cs-students.stanford.edu/~tjw/jsbn/: // Return the PKCS#1 RSA encryption of "text" as an even-length hex string function RSAEncrypt(text) { var m = pkcs1pad2(text,(this.n.bitLength()+7)>>3); if(m == null) return null; var c = this.doPublic(m); if(c == null) return null; var h = c.toString(16); if((h.length & 1) == 0) return h; else return "0" + h; } // PKCS#1 (type 2, random) pad input string s to n bytes, and return a bigint function pkcs1pad2(s,n) { if(n < s.length + 11) { // TODO: fix for utf-8 alert("Message too long for RSA"); return null; } var ba = new Array(); var i = s.length - 1; while(i >= 0 && n > 0) { var c = s.charCodeAt(i--); if(c < 128) { // encode using utf-8 ba[--n] = c; } else if((c > 127) && (c < 2048)) { ba[--n] = (c & 63) | 128; ba[--n] = (c >> 6) | 192; } else { ba[--n] = (c & 63) | 128; ba[--n] = ((c >> 6) & 63) | 128; ba[--n] = (c >> 12) | 224; } } ba[--n] = 0; var rng = new SecureRandom(); var x = new Array(); while(n > 2) { // random non-zero pad x[0] = 0; while(x[0] == 0) rng.nextBytes(x); ba[--n] = x[0]; } ba[--n] = 2; ba[--n] = 0; return new BigInteger(ba); } In the snippets above, it seems that the pkcs1pad2 function is used for padding the message with some random bytes(maybe sth like 0|2|random|0 ) in front of the message. I'm using the python rsa package (http://stuvel.eu/rsa) for imitating the javascript result, i'm a newbie to python world and have no idea to traslate javascript algorithm code to the python code. Any help would be appreciated. Jiee

  • Option In The Html Agility Pack That Parse From The Tag `&lt table &lt`

    - by Harikrishna
    Is there any option in the html agility pack that can parse the tag which is like in the &lt and &gt. If there is tag like <table> then html agility pack parse the information from the tag table properly.But if the tag is like &lt table &lt then it does not parse the information from the tag table here. So any option is there in the html agility pack that parse information from such tags also.

  • CreateProcessAsUser error 1314

    - by kampi
    Hi! I want create a process under another user. So I use LogonUser and CreateProcessAsUser. But my problem is, that CreatePtocessAsUser always returns the errorcode 1314, which means "A required privilige is not held by the client". So my question is, what I am doing wrong? Or how can i give the priviliges to the handle? (I think the handle should have the privileges, or I am wrong?) Sorry for my english mistakes, but my english knowledge isn't the best :) Plesase help if anyone knows how to correct my application. This a part of my code. STARTUPINFO StartInfo; PROCESS_INFORMATION ProcInfo; TOKEN_PRIVILEGES tp; memset(&ProcInfo, 0, sizeof(ProcInfo)); memset(&StartInfo, 0 , sizeof(StartInfo)); StartInfo.cb = sizeof(StartInfo); HANDLE handle = NULL; if (!OpenProcessToken(GetCurrentProcess(), TOKEN_ALL_ACCESS, &handle)) printf("\nOpenProcessError"); if (!LookupPrivilegeValue(NULL,SE_TCB_NAME, //SE_TCB_NAME, &tp.Privileges[0].Luid)) { printf("\nLookupPriv error"); } tp.PrivilegeCount = 1; tp.Privileges[0].Attributes = SE_PRIVILEGE_ENABLED;//SE_PRIVILEGE_ENABLED; if (!AdjustTokenPrivileges(handle, FALSE, &tp, 0, NULL, 0)) { printf("\nAdjustToken error"); } i = LogonUser(user, domain, password, LOGON32_LOGON_INTERACTIVE, LOGON32_PROVIDER_DEFAULT, &handle); printf("\nLogonUser return : %d",i); i = GetLastError(); printf("\nLogonUser getlast : %d",i); if (! • Beginner SEO question on urlrewrite rules

    - by Charlie
    I just starting reading about SEO and realized that I should change my "GET" queries to / separated keywords for SEO purposes. Here's my question: I have a multi-select checkbox on my form, so my query string would be: http://www.domainname.com/searchitem.html?cat[]=A&cat[]=B&cat[]=C&param1=p1&param2=p2 Whats the convention for handling this kind of queries? changing it to search/catA/catB/catC/p1/p2 doesn't seem right to me but i don't know what else to do Thanks

  • boost::asio buffer impossible to convert parameter from char to const mutable_buffer&

    - by Ekyo777
    visual studio tells me "error C2664: 'boost::asio::mutable_buffer::mutable_buffer(const boost::asio::mutable_buffer&)': impossible to convert parameter 1 from 'char' to 'const boost::asio::mutable_buffer&' at line 163 of consuming_buffers.hpp" I am unsure of why this happen nor how to solve it(otherwise I wouldn't ask this ^^') but I think it could be related to those functions.. even tough I tried them in another project and everything worked fine... but I can hardly find what's different so... here comes code that could be relevant, if anything useful seems to be missing I'll be glad to send it. packets are all instances of this class. class CPacketBase { protected: const unsigned short _packet_type; const size_t _size; char* _data; public: CPacketBase(unsigned short packet_type, size_t size); ~CPacketBase(); size_t get_size(); const unsigned short& get_type(); virtual char* get(); virtual void set(char*); }; this sends a given packet template <typename Handler> void async_write(CPacketBase* packet, Handler handler) { std::string outbuf; outbuf.resize(packet->get_size()); outbuf = packet->get(); boost::asio::async_write( _socket , boost::asio::buffer(outbuf, packet->get_size()) , handler); } this enable reading packets and calls a function that decodes the packet's header(unsigned short) and resize the buffer to send it to another function that reads the real data from the packet template <typename Handler> void async_read(CPacketBase* packet, Handler handler) { void (CTCPConnection::*f)( const boost::system::error_code& , CPacketBase*, boost::tuple<Handler>) = &CTCPConnection::handle_read_header<Handler>; boost::asio::async_read(_socket, _buffer_data , boost::bind( f , this , boost::asio::placeholders::error , packet , boost::make_tuple(handler))); } and this is called by async_read once a packet is received template <typename Handler> void handle_read_header(const boost::system::error_code& error, CPacketBase* packet, boost::tuple<Handler> handler) { if (error) { boost::get<0>(handler)(error); } else { // Figures packet type unsigned short packet_type = *((unsigned short*) _buffer_data.c_str()); // create new packet according to type delete packet; ... // read packet's data _buffer_data.resize(packet->get_size()-2); // minus header size void (CTCPConnection::*f)( const boost::system::error_code& , CPacketBase*, boost::tuple<Handler>) = &CTCPConnection::handle_read_data<Handler>; boost::asio::async_read(_socket, _buffer_data , boost::bind( f , this , boost::asio::placeholders::error , packet , handler)); } }

  • Winforms connection strings from App.config

    - by Geo Ego
    I have a Winforms app that I am developing in C# that will serve as a frontend for a SQL Server 2005 database. I rolled the executable out to a test machine and ran it. It worked perfectly fine on the test machine up until the last round of changes that I made. However, now on the test machine, it throws the following exception immediately upon opening: System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at PSRD_Specs_Database_Administrat.mainMenu.mainMenu_Load(Object sender, EventArgs e) at System.Windows.Forms.Form.OnLoad(EventArgs e) at System.Windows.Forms.Form.OnCreateControl() at System.Windows.Forms.Control.CreateControl(Boolean fIgnoreVisible) at System.Windows.Forms.Control.CreateControl() at System.Windows.Forms.Control.WmShowWindow(Message& m) at System.Windows.Forms.Control.WndProc(Message& m) at System.Windows.Forms.ScrollableControl.WndProc(Message& m) at System.Windows.Forms.ContainerControl.WndProc(Message& m) at System.Windows.Forms.Form.WmShowWindow(Message& m) at System.Windows.Forms.Form.WndProc(Message& m) at System.Windows.Forms.Control.ControlNativeWindow.OnMessage(Message& m) at System.Windows.Forms.Control.ControlNativeWindow.WndProc(Message& m) at System.Windows.Forms.NativeWindow.Callback(IntPtr hWnd, Int32 msg, IntPtr wparam, IntPtr lparam) The only thing that I changed in this version that pertains to mainMenu_Load is the way that the connection string to the database is called. Previously, I had set a string with the connection string on every form that I needed to call it from, like: string conString = "Data Source = SHAREPOINT;Trusted_Connection = yes;" + "database = CustomerDatabase;connection timeout = 15"; As my app grew and I added forms to it, I decided to add an App.config to the project. I defined the connection string in it: <connectionStrings> <add name="conString" providerName="System.Data.SqlClient" connectionString="Data Source = SHAREPOINT;Trusted_Connection = yes;database = CustomerDatabase;connection timeout = 15" /> </connectionStrings> I then created a static string that would return the conString: public static string GetConnectionString(string conName) { string strReturn = string.Empty; if (!(string.IsNullOrEmpty(conName))) { strReturn = ConfigurationManager.ConnectionStrings[conName].ConnectionString; } else { strReturn = ConfigurationManager.ConnectionStrings["conString"].ConnectionString; } return strReturn; } I removed the conString variable and now call the connection string like so: PublicMethods.GetConnectionString("conString").ToString() It appears that this is giving me the error. I changed these instances to directly call the connection string from App.config without using GetConnectionString. For instance, in a SQLConnection: using (SqlConnection con = new SqlConnection(ConfigurationManager.ConnectionStrings["conString"].ConnectionString)) This also threw the exception. However, when I went back to using the conString variable on each form, I had no issues. What I don't understand is why all three methods work fine on my development machine, while using the App.config directly or via the static string I created throw exceptions.

  • PHP: POST Request to ASP.NET website results in 500 server error when html tags included

    - by RyanJD
    My situation: I need to send text to an ASP.NET web service using POST. The entire page there is a form: <form name="aspnetForm" method="post" action="Discussion.aspx?classroom=lG39il1cotOAGJwiNvmQlIPfwmjikD%2fAHLhjjGInAZQ%3d&amp;Page=Posts&amp;ID=794239&amp;Sort=&amp;SortOrder=" id="aspnetForm"> So, I figured if I sent a POST request to this form with the correct inputs it would work. And, to an extent, it has. The form inputs are as follows: <input type="hidden" name="__EVENTTARGET" id="__EVENTTARGET" value="" /> <input type="hidden" name="__EVENTARGUMENT" id="__EVENTARGUMENT" value="" /> <input type="hidden" name="__VIEWSTATE" id="__VIEWSTATE" value="/wEPDw..." /> <input type="hidden" name="__EVENTVALIDATION" id="__EVENTVALIDATION" value="/wEWYQLrt..." /> And a bunch of other inputs. The code I have used is as follows: // grab form info $inputs = extract_form_inputs($discussion['body']); $inputs['__EVENTTARGET'] = 'ctl00$cphMain$ctl01$btnSubmit'; $inputs['ctl00$cphMain$ctl01$tbNickname'] = "Your Instructor"; $inputs['ctl00$cphMain$ctl01$reMessage'] = $message; // submit form $r = request_send($discussion['url'], $inputs); extract_form_inputs does exactly that. $discussion['body'] is the content of the page. $discussion['url'] is the URL of the page. request_send has two arguments: ($url, $post_array). It performs rawurlencode on each element of the array and joins them up as keypairs, in the same way as http_build_query. The request is url encoded properly, sent to the correct page, and works fine until I insert html tags. I have checked - the 'greater than' and 'less than' symbols ('<' and '') are url-encoded properly. However, the server responds with a 500 error. It accepts any other text. Has anyone else come across this sort of problem? Is there some setting on an ASP.NET server that denies html? I can't see this being the case - there is a rich text editor on the website that I am sending requests to. This text editor performs the same request as I am, only I am doing it remotely. The rich text editor sends html to the form - I have checked that, too, using javascript. Note: I do not have the power to modify the ASP.NET server.

  • php recursive list help

    - by Jason
    Hi all, I am trying to display a recursive list in PHP for a site I am working on. I am really having trouble trying to get the second level to display. I have a function that displays the contents to the page as follows. function get_menu_entries($content,$which=0) { global $tbl_prefix, $sys_explorer_vars, $sys_config_vars; // INIT LIBRARIES $db = new DB_Tpl(); $curr_time = time(); $db->query("SELECT * FROM ".$tbl_prefix."sys_explorer WHERE preid = '".$which."' && config_id = '".$sys_explorer_vars['config_id']."' && blocked = '0' && startdate < '".$curr_time."' && (enddate > '".$curr_time."' || enddate = '') ORDER BY preid,sorting"); while($db->next_record()){ $indent = $db->f("level") * 10 - 10; $sitemap_vars['break'] = ""; $sitemap_vars['bold'] = ""; if($db->f("level") == 2) { $sitemap_vars['ul_start'] = ""; $sitemap_vars['bold'] = "class='bold'"; $sitemap_vars['ul_end'] = ""; } switch($db->f("link_type")) { case '1': // External Url $sitemap_vars['hyperlink'] = $db->f("link_url"); $sitemap_vars['target'] = ""; if($db->f("link_target") != "") { $sitemap_vars['target'] = "target=\"".$db->f("link_target")."\""; } break; case '2': // Shortcut $sitemap_vars['hyperlink'] = create_url($db->f("link_eid"),$db->f("name"),$sys_config_vars['mod_rewrite']); $sitemap_vars['target'] = ""; break; default: $sitemap_vars['hyperlink'] = create_url($db->f("eid"),$db->f("name"),$sys_config_vars['mod_rewrite']); $sitemap_vars['target'] = ""; break; } if($db->f("level") > 1) { $content .= "<div style=\"text-indent: ".$indent."px;\" ".$sitemap_vars['bold']."><a href=\"".$sitemap_vars['hyperlink']."\" ".$sitemap_vars['target'].">".$db->f("name")."</a></div>\n"; } $content = get_menu_entries($content,$db->f("eid")); } return(''.$content.''); } At the moment the content displays properly, however I want to turn this function into a DHTML dropdown menu. At present what happens with the level 2 elements is that using CSS the contents are indented using CSS. What I need to happen is to place the UL tag at the beginning and /UL tag at the end of the level 2 elements. I hope this makes sense. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  • How can I get the file I have open in vim to display in my iTerm tab

    - by dd
    I can get the vim title to display on my window by doing this: let &titlestring = expand("%:t") . " @ " . hostname() if &term == "screen" set t_ts=^[k set t_fs=^[\ endif if &term == "screen" || &term == "xterm" set title endif But the tabs will say "Default". From the commandline I can do this: echo -ne "\e]1;hello world\a" And that'll show "Hello World" in my tabs. Is there a way to have vim write this stuff to my tab instead of title instead?

  • Java: minimum number of operations for conjunctive inequalities?

    - by HH
    I try to simplify conditionals in for (int t=0,size=fo.getPrintViewsPerFile().size();t<size&&t<countPerFile;t++){, more precisely: t<s&&t<c You need to compare two times, then calc the boolean value from them. Is there any simpler way to do it? If no, how can you prove it? I can simplify it to some extent, proof tree.

  • Command line semaphore utility

    - by compie
    I want to write a command line utility that can be used to synchronize the execution off programs in different consoles. Console A: $ first_program && semaphore -signal Console B: $ semaphore -wait && second_program The first program takes a long take to complete. The second program can only start when the first program has finished. Which synchronization object do I need to implement this (in Python)?

  • May volatile be in user defined types to help writing thread-safe code

    - by David Rodríguez - dribeas
    I know, it has been made quite clear in a couple of questions/answers before, that volatile is related to the visible state of the c++ memory model and not to multithreading. On the other hand, this article by Alexandrescu uses the volatile keyword not as a runtime feature but rather as a compile time check to force the compiler into failing to accept code that could be not thread safe. In the article the keyword is used more like a required_thread_safety tag than the actual intended use of volatile. Is this (ab)use of volatile appropriate? What possible gotchas may be hidden in the approach? The first thing that comes to mind is added confusion: volatile is not related to thread safety, but by lack of a better tool I could accept it. Basic simplification of the article: If you declare a variable volatile, only volatile member methods can be called on it, so the compiler will block calling code to other methods. Declaring an std::vector instance as volatile will block all uses of the class. Adding a wrapper in the shape of a locking pointer that performs a const_cast to release the volatile requirement, any access through the locking pointer will be allowed. Stealing from the article: template <typename T> class LockingPtr { public: // Constructors/destructors LockingPtr(volatile T& obj, Mutex& mtx) : pObj_(const_cast<T*>(&obj)), pMtx_(&mtx) { mtx.Lock(); } ~LockingPtr() { pMtx_->Unlock(); } // Pointer behavior T& operator*() { return *pObj_; } T* operator->() { return pObj_; } private: T* pObj_; Mutex* pMtx_; LockingPtr(const LockingPtr&); LockingPtr& operator=(const LockingPtr&); }; class SyncBuf { public: void Thread1() { LockingPtr<BufT> lpBuf(buffer_, mtx_); BufT::iterator i = lpBuf->begin(); for (; i != lpBuf->end(); ++i) { // ... use *i ... } } void Thread2(); private: typedef vector<char> BufT; volatile BufT buffer_; Mutex mtx_; // controls access to buffer_ };

  • Using jQuery to Dynamically Insert Into List Alphabetically

    - by Dex
    I have two ordered lists next to each other. When I take a node out of one list I want to insert it alphabetically into the other list. The catch is that I want to take just the one element out and place it back in the other list without refreshing the entire list. The strange thing is that when I insert into the list on the right, it works fine, but when I insert back into the list on the left, the order never comes out right. I have also tried reading everything into an array and sorting it there just in case the children() method isn't returning things in the order they are displayed, but I still get the same results. Here is my jQuery: function moveNode(node, to_list, order_by){ rightful_index = 1; $(to_list) .children() .each(function(){ var ordering_field = (order_by == "A") ? "ingredient_display" : "local_counter"; var compA = $(node).attr(ordering_field).toUpperCase(); var compB = $(this).attr(ordering_field).toUpperCase(); var C = ((compA > compB) ? 1 : 0); if( C == 1 ){ rightful_index++; } }); if(rightful_index > $(to_list).children().length){ $(node).fadeOut("fast", function(){ $(to_list).append($(node)); $(node).fadeIn("fast"); }); }else{ $(node).fadeOut("fast", function(){ $(to_list + " li:nth-child(" + rightful_index + ")").before($(node)); $(node).fadeIn("fast"); }); } } Here is what my html looks like: <ol> <li ingredient_display="Enriched Pasta" ingredient_id="101635" local_counter="1"> <span class="rank">1</span> <span class="rounded-corners"> <span class="plus_sign">&nbsp;&nbsp;+&nbsp;&nbsp;</span> <div class="ingredient">Enriched Pasta</div> <span class="minus_sign">&nbsp;&nbsp;-&nbsp;&nbsp;</span> </span> </li> </ol>
