  • Please help with very simple android widget button click. Getting very frustrated. :(

    I have poured over every example that I can find and I have gone through the official documentation from google. All I am trying to do is create a toast notification from a button click on a widget. I can get the widget (and button) to appear but I can't get my intent to fire. I have seen several examples that show doing this different ways but I just can't get it to work. I haven't felt this helpless with coding in a long time and I'm starting to feel dumb.     I have a before filter than calculates a percentage that needs to include the object that is being updated. Is there a one liner in rails that takes care of this? for example and this is totaly made up: Object.find(:all, :include = :updated_object) Currently I'm sending the object that is getting updated to the definition that calculates the percentage and that works but its making things messy.

If, for example, a player rolls a 6, 6 and a 4 and decides to play one the sixes, is there a simple way to return a sequence with only one 6 removed? Seq.filter (fun x -> x != 6) dice removes all of the sixes, not just one.

Anyway, is there a better way doing that query? Thanks!

This doesn't seem to be an easy task, since there doesn't appear to be a way to tell git rev-list to only return children of a particular commit. Using the .. syntax won't work because it will also include the parent commits of any merge within that range. Am I missing something here?

    I'm using google analytics and recently i've noticed some weird trends going on. I have a lot of visits that last mere seconds but mark several page views... more than a normal human can see in that range of time. A specific case is that the only visitor from Ireland i've had until now recorded 11 pageviews in a 3 second visit. Are these crawlers? Shouldn't google analytics filter those out?
