    I'm trying to read hexa data(color value ex. 0xffffffff) from txt file... but i don't know how to read it.... i declared the color value like 'uint color' and i want to change the value though txt file. if i use int data i can use 'atoi' function, but what can i use function for uint?

But I want to do it from scratch in C or C++. For example, read/write image metadata. Have found out that there are three formats in which metadata is written to files. EXIF, IPTC and XMP. Thanks.

    I would like to understand how this happened. I was running a query that would take a long time, but should not lock up any table. How can I read the values written by Java program using c (or c++). Looks like API I should use is RegGetValue. Is this guaranteed to work on Windows XP 32 bit?
