Of course that will ruin my web appearance. I change new HTML with new ScrolPanel(new HTML) seems not working. so How can I Format my FlexTable? is there any option beside flextable or scrollpanel?

• Free sounds for iPhone games.

  I'm looking for a good source for sound effects for my iPhone game. I like SoundSnap, but they charge you for every sound you download, not just the ones you end up using. Sound design in games can be a very iterative process and I don't want to pay for 10 sounds I never use before finding the right one. freesound.org is another really good site, but they are all CC licensed and can't be used in commercial games. It's unclear if a free iPhone App is considered commercial (or if my final game will be free). Googling for this returns a huge number of pay sites with horrible web pages. I don't mind paying for sounds, but I want to pay for what I use. Any good personal recommendations?

• ViewPager resize height to Content

  ViewPager does not wrap its height to its content. For my layout I need to set the hight then dynamically because it is nested in other layouts. Therefore I created a ScrollView as content of the ViewPager and check its height in onCreate method of the Fragment, but the ScrollView has always the same size. • what do i need to do now that I want to take programming hobby to next level ?

  i've always wanted to make games but did not start actively learning programming by myself until 1st year of university. i kept going throughout university learning new languages, showing off things i had made, while neglecting my major in Biology. Anyways, i've ended up with an Economics degree, with a portfolio of SaaS and web apps i had created so i could eat during my final year. So far, I'm getting a few interviews here and there in web programming positions. When I get a logic pretest, I fail miserably. or job requires comp sci degree. I mean I can easily design and code an entire app which I emphasize through my portfolio.... but i dont know why I am so slow at logic puzzles on prescreening interview... So what should I do now ? get certificates in languages ? go back to school and learn CS ? is it too late to get into windows programming jobs than web programming ?

• How can I include utility functions from another file into a Sproutcore unit test file?

  Lets say I have a few utility functions in file tests/utils/functions.js. I would like to use these functions from several unit test files. However, I'm not able to use them as the Sproutcore build system does not include any external files into the html page used to run the unit tests. Only application code and the code from the unit tests to be run are included. So is it possible to somehow include Javascript files to be used in unit test files in Sproutcore? I could add the functions.js file into some other directory inside my application to be able to use them. However, this is not what I want to do as the utility functions are useless in final production build and would only make my application larger.

  Hi, the problem is that it will insert a new record in a mysql table, I have already done the mapping of the mysql db and I have already done tests returning data and everything works. Now I read from a file, where there are queries written, I have them run me back and the result of true or false based on the final outcome of single query written to the file. I then sort it to get it alphabetic. This all works perfectly (except I seem to occasionally get duplicates of countries!). Anyway, what I need is to place the US, and UK at the top of the list regardless. The problem I have is that I can't isolate the index or the string that will be returned for the US and UK because that is specific to the locale! Any ideas would be really appreciated.

• Convert Qcolor value to hex value

  I have implemented a Qcolor dialog box which opens on certain condition. To get the selected color after final selection i use the method selectedColor() which returns the value in QColor . When i print that value , it's like this : <PyQt4.QtGui.QColor object at 0x01DD7880> I want color value in hex value . like this : #DFDFDF (for grey ). If it's not hex , correct me.   I need to make a 3D surface where colour will represent the fourth variable. I know "surf" is SIMILAR to what I need, but that's not quite it. Basically, I have the following variables: t = [1:m] y = [1:n] a = [1:o] These should be the three Cartesian corodinate axes. I also have a variable S that is of dimensions m x n x o, and is basically the amplitude, a function of the previous three variables (i.e. S = f(t,y,a)). I want this to be represented by colour. So to summarize, I need a graph of the form (t,y,a,S), where the first three variables are vectors of unequal sizes and the final variable is a multidimensional array whose dimensions are determined by the first three. • Creating ActionEvent object for CustomButton in Java

  For a hw assignment, we were supposed to create a custom button to get familiar with swing and responding to events. We were also to make this button an event source which confuses me. I have an ArrayList to keep track of listeners that would register to listen to my CustomButton. What I am getting confused on is how to notify the listeners. My teacher hinted at having a notify and overriding actionPerformed which I tried doing, but then I wasn't sure how to create an ActionEvent object looking at the constructor documentation. • iPhone - UIScrollView is scrolling before UIDatePicker that is placed inside it

  Hello, I have a UIDatePicker inside a UIScrollView. But the UIDatePicker does not respond to scroll touches. It's the scrollview that is scrolling. Reading some docs on the net, I've set "Delay Content Touches" to NO, an now I see the datepicker starting a slight scroll, but it's still the scrollview that take the final word. I have some place on the screen where the user can touch to scroll the view. So how may I separate the two kind of scrolls ans make the datepicker scroll in a normal way ? Thank you for your help

• Transfer Core Data from One Project to Another

  The answer is probably a resounding 'NO' but before I start a new project from scratch, I thought I'd ask. I create many throw away projects to test ideas and code before combining all the successful bits from the scratch projects into a final version. So I have one project with the Core Data stuff worked out but I want to move it to a new project. My guess is that there is too many internal hooks and dropping in the .xcdatamodel and the sqlite db is just not going to work. I'd glad to be wrong...
