  • Exporting spritesheet for Cocos2d

    I would like to know how people usually save the animations in order to load them easily in Cocos2d with as few hard-code as possible. E.G. The solution I thought of is to have one plist file containing information about each frame, and the second plist to contain information about each of the animation(name of the animation, which frames to play, and the delay probably). If this is the correct solution, how can I generate such plist files for spritesheet automatically?

  • How to export SQL Server data from corrupted database (with disk write error)

    IT realised there was a disk write error on our production SQL Server 2005 and hence was causing the backups to fail. By the time they had realised this the nightly backup was old, so were not able to just restore the backup on another server. The database is still running and being used constantly. However DBCC CheckDB fails. Also the SQL Server backup task fails, Copy Database fails, Export Data Wizard fails. However it seems all the data can be read from the tables (i.e using bcp etc) Another observation I have made is that the Transaction Log is nearly double the size of the Database. (Does that mean all the changes arent being written to the MDF?) What would be the best plan of attack to get the database to a state where backups are working and the data is safe? Take the database offline and use the MDF/LDF to somehow create the database on another sql server? Export the data from the database using bcp. Create the database (use the Generate Scripts function on the corrupt db to create the schema on the new db) on another sql server and use bcp again to import the data. Some other option that is the right course of action in this situation? The IT manager says the data is safe as if the server fails, the data can be restored from the mdf/ldf. I'm not sure so insisted that we start exporting the data each night as a failsafe (using bcp for example). IT are also having issues on the hardware side of things as supposedly the disk error in on a virtualized disk and can't be rebuilt like a normal raid array (or something like that). Please excuse my use of incorrect terminology and incorrect assumptions on how Sql Server operates. I'm the application developer and have been called to help (as it seems IT know less about SQL Server than I do).     Hello, I am starting with spring-roo, so I downloaded it and now I'm trying to export the variable. To get it, I tryed: PATH=$PATH:/Users/myUsr/spring-roo/bin export PATH PATH variable my-Name-3:~ myUsr$ echo $PATH /sw/bin:/sw/sbin:/usr/local/mysql/bin:/usr/bin:/bin:/usr/sbin:/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/X11/bin:/usr/X11R6/bin:/Users/myUsr/spring-roo/bin In this path (/Users/myUsr/spring-roo/bin), there is roo.sh But then, I can not run the command roo as it is suposed to be.   • Joomla - Force File Download / CSV Export

    I'm in need of help... this is my first time asking a question in SO, so please be kind :) I'm trying to force-download a file from php, so when the user hits a certain button, he gets a file download. The file is a csv (email, username) of all registered users. I decided to add this button to the admin users screen, as you can see in this screenshot. The issue here is that after I download a file, if I hit any button in the admin that causes a POST, instead of it performing the action it should, it just downloads the file over again! For example: I hit the "Export" button "users.csv" downloads Then, I hit the "search" button "users.csv" downloads... what the hell? I'm guessing that when I hit the export button, a JS gets called and sets a form's action attribute to an URL... and expects a response or something, and then other button's are prevented from re-setting the form's action attribute. I can't think of any real solution for this, but I'd rather avoid hacks if possible. So, what would be the standard, elegant solution that joomla offers in this case?

  • Export Flash Animation to ActionScript

    Hi I would like to make an animation using some tool (like e.g. Flash CS) and then export it for ActionScript. I thought this could be done in Flash CS but I just tried it by making an animation, converting it to a symbol and then selecting "Export for ActionScript". The problem: in the project folder there are no ActionScript classes generated. Am I doing it wrong or do I have to use a different tool to do the animation? Many many thanks for your help, Gloria

  • Could not start ZK at requested port of 2181, while export HBASE_MANAGES_ZK=false

    Problem The first aim was to run HBase standalone. Navigating to ip:60010/master-status is succesfull once HBase has been started. The second aim is to run a distinct ZooKeeper quorum. ZooKeeper has been downloaded and has been started: netstat -nato | grep 2181 tcp 0 0 :::2181 :::* LISTEN off (0.00/0/0) The conf/hbase-env.sh was changed as follows: # Tell HBase whether it should manage it's own instance of Zookeeper or not. export HBASE_MANAGES_ZK=false in order to avoid HBase starts ZooKeeper once HBase has been started. However, the following error occurs once HBase has been started. Could not start ZK at requested port of 2181. ZK was started at port: 2182. Aborting as clients (e.g. shell) will not be able to find this ZK quorum. Question How to disable the startup of ZooKeeper by HBase and run ZooKeeper separately?

    I'm using mongoexport to export some collections into CSV files, however when I try to target fields which are members of an array I cannot get it to export correctly. command I'm using: mongoexport -d db -c collection -fieldFile fields.txt --csv > out.csv and the contents of fields.txt is similar to id name address[0].line1 address[0].line2 address[0].city address[0].country address[0].postcode where the BSON data would be: { "id": 1, "name": "example", "address": [ { "line1": "flat 123", "line2": "123 Fake St.", "city": "London", "country": "England", "postcode": "N1 1AA" } ] } what is the correct syntax for exporting the contents of an array?

  • Export GFI MailArchiver e-mails for import into Exchange 2010 SP1 Personal Archiving

    We have an existing installation of GFI MailArchiver 5 with several databases of archives (perhaps 100-150GB). The goal is to export each user's archived e-mail and then import it into Exchange 2010 SP1 Personal Archives. GFI has a tool to do this, but it's very rudimentary and has severe, frankly unworkable, limitations. It only allows me to query based on the e-mail headers. Due to the fact that we have multiple aliases that may show in multiple headers (To:, Cc:), not to mention the fact that this won't cover a user's membership in a distribution group at a given point in time, this tool will not suffice. Another option is for me extract the e-mails from the GFI databases without using the tool, but this would require me to write my own tool to reconstruct them and I really would rather not go down that path. I feel very stuck on this issue. Has anyone here done a similar migration? How can this best be handled?

    I am trying to move messages from a rather large mailbox to an archive mailbox. However I run into errors all the time. the command I am executing is Export-Mailbox -Identity MAILBOX_FROM -TargetMailbox ARCHIVE -TargetFolder ARCHIVE_FOLDER -StartDate 2009-02-01 -EndDate 2009-02-28 -DeleteContent -Confirm:$false I can copy/move some messages, but run into frequent "an unknown error has occurred" (statuscode -1056749164) I run the console as administrative user, and all permissions are set right, as far as I can tell. I've restricted the start and end dates in case the number of messages moved/deleted should create problems. Anything I am missing in my setup? Corrupted messages? Over-limit message sizes?

  • Libre Office/Writer PDF export: white borders appear between lines even after setting borders to none

    My document prints ok (exactly as it appears on the screen in Libre Office), but when I export to PDF and view the PDF on screen there are white borders around each text or picture object. Here's a sample snapshot from PDF/Preview: http://imgur.com/TWip5 I've tried selecting a paragraph and changing the border property to None as described in Libre Office help (http://help.libreoffice.org/Common/Borders), setting the "Line arrangement Default" to "Set no borders". But borders set by the Format dialog don't correspond to the borders I see in PDF/Preview. In PDF/Preview the border appears on line boundaries. Borders set in Format appear around each picture, for example. What am I doing wrong?

  • Importing Delicious export into Firefox 3

    The HTML export file from Delicious creates an HTML file that, while importable into Firefox, loses all of the tags, which pretty much misses the point of delicious. Every link I've found to do the import doesn't work: The online converter Delicious-to-Firefox 3 keeps throwing a server error; the "better" version is down I tried using the trick of syncing Delicious bookmarks to Flock and then restoring that file to my Firefox browser. Although the bookmarks are in Firefox, they don't show up anywhere. I know they're in Firefox because when I create a backup file, they're in the JSON file but they refuse to show in the browser anywhere (clicking on any tag shows an empty list) Basically, I'm looking for someone who has successfully imported their delicious bookmarks, with tags, into Firefox 3.6.13 (Mac).

  • Error in New-MailboxExportRequest - "Couldn't find the Enterprise Organizational Container" even though permissions seem right

    When disabling users I typically will be asked to retain a copy of their mailbox. I accomplish this by literally creating their mailbox in Outlook and then exporting to PST. Is there some way around having to do this just to save a mailbox? Edit: I've tried New-MailboxExportRequest but I keep getting the following after providing an alias: Supply values for the following parameters: FilePath: \\localhost\EXPORT_PST\myuser.pst Mailbox: myuser Couldn't find the Enterprise Organization container. <--- the error I've also tried supplying [email protected] as the mailbox as well. Edit 2: I had already seen the post at http://www.mikepfeiffer.net/2010/10/error-couldnt-find-the-enterprise-organization-container-when-creating-a-new-mailbox-export-request/ so I set the permissions as follows below: NTFS permissions Sharing permissions I am still getting that error. Final Solution In Exchange SP2, it does not warn you that you have not set role assignments, it just fails. So be sure to create a management role for "Mailbox Import Export" and add your user to the group, then restart PowerShell for this to take effect.

The eTrust Server is running on Windows Server 2003 SP2 with an MS SQL 2000 Standard Edition. The problem is that we've got many different policy - sets which we have to redefine in the new AV solution. Is there any way with eTrust ITM 8.1 to export the different policies as csv, pdf ... whatever?   • Microsoft Outlook: Export list of currently opened PST files

    At my current workplace we are upgrading various users from XP to Windows 7. Frequently the users have anywhere from 10 to 30 or so .pst files opened within their installation of Microsoft Outlook 2007. These users are particularly helpless without these files. I know how to view the list of currently opened PST files, and would like to know if there is an easy way to capture that information other than taking screenshots of the Options - Data Files window. Does migwiz.exe transfer this information? Is that the only way? Would there happen to be a tool that will let you capture and restore that information? I don't want to export or move the actual .pst's themselves (yes, some of them are on network locations, very terrible, I know), just reopen ones in a new installation of Outlook that used to be opened in a previous installation.
