  • Is there a way to extract the message from a JavaScript dialog in Chrome?

    I’ve been working on an extension for automating tests in Chrome, and I came across an obscure issue with JavaScript dialogs. The message shown in the dialog can’t be readily retrieved/copied. I’ve used the GetWindowText and InternalGetWindowText functions, but they only return the title of the dialog and the text from the buttons, not the actual message itself. I even looked at programs that extract text from forms, but no luck. So does anyone know of a way to retrieve the text from these JavaScript dialogs in Chrome?

  • How to enforce lazy loading of entities on certain conditions

    We have an JPA @Entity class (say User) which has a @ManyToOne reference (say Address) loaded using the EAGER option which in turn loads it's own @ManyToOne fields (say Country) in a EAGER fashion. We use the EntityQuery interface to count the list of User's based on a search criteria, during such a load all the @ManyToOne fields which have been marked as EAGER get loaded. But in order to perform a EntityQuery.resultCount(), I actually don't need to load the @ManyToOne fields. Is there a way to prevent loading of the EAGER fields in such cases so that we can avoid the unnecessary joins?

    Im´trying to submit a form without refreshing the page, but I´m having a problem. When I click submit the page refreshes and anothing gets posted. Here is the code, what am I doing wrong?   • Hudson: where to download file and stop specific builds running ?

    I have a file that is generated inside (hudson server) /var/lib/hudson/jobs/jobtitle/1/out.txt I need to fetch this file, but doing a GET request for http://myhudson:8090/job/jobtitle/1/out.txt doesn't actually locate the file. Basically, I have another box that will grab this file from the hudson server. This box will make the out.txt file available for download. Another challenge is the build number directories. How would I be able to use the hudson API to stop or delete the specific builds running ? I am forced to do iterate through all build numbers to send STOP or DELETE api call in php using wget to do the REST API call.     We are planning to capture a user's height and weight and am looking for ideas on representing them in sql. I have the following questions in mind weight can be expressed in kilograms and grams and height in meters and centimeters, so should I capture them as a BigDecimal with an appropriate precision and scale or capture them as vanilla strings and do the manipulation in the user interface. Note: I am planning to capture the kilograms and grams separately in the user interface. should the metric of measurement be part of the sql (i.e. the end user might want to view this information in pounds, inches according to his preference) OR Should I just support kilograms / meters in the database and do the conversion while showing this in the user interface

My intention: I want to have full row selection.   • Can anyone tell why Wordpress is adding this p tag?

    Here's the page: http://www.gammagoochee.com/media/ WP is adding a p tag on line 55 between the end of my header and the beginning of my post content. I am using Raw HTML Pro, and the post starts with content surrounded by [raw] tags. There is no content between the last tag in my header, and the beginning of my post. This doesn't happen on my other site pages, and the only difference is that this page is using a template, but the template is the same in this part of the page. All the template does differently than the other site pages is add a sidebar. Anyone have any ideas whatsoever why WP is adding this p tag, and/or how I can prevent it? Thanks so much!

  • Drupal Error After Logging In

    Hello everyone. I'm kinda new to using drupal and i'm just wondering why I kind of get this error on my new site. See i have this website under WampServer running drupal6-16. Everytime I log in with my pre-created admin account 'admin01' pass: 'admin01' i get redirected to the WampServer localhost which appears to be unusual since the header does not have the WampServer logo. I already tried creating a new drupal website with the same database and the same thing happens. Also, I tried creating another website with a new database but I copied the other website's theme and other contents and the same thing happens. Help me please. I am losing my grip on this. :( Note: I have the same website running on one PC and i am just trying to run it on another PC by copying all its contents. The original copy is working perfectly but I can't seem to get the hook on my new copies to work on other PCs.

  • QuickBuild: How can I create a builder to open a tarball package (tar.gz) whose name will change wit

    I'm using PMEase QuickBuild to perform automated builds of our Maven2 projects and a nightly sanity test to ensure nothing is broken. The test needs to untar packages which are created by the automated Maven2 projects. The problem is that the package names change frequently due to project versions being incremented all the time. Does anyone know how I can configure QuickBuild to pick up the version (ideally from the POM file of the individual components), if this is possible at all?

  • C compiler producing lightweight executeables

    I'm currently using MSVC for C++ but as I'm switching to C to write a very performance-intensive program (interpreter) I have to search for a fitting C compiler. I've looked at some binaries produced by Turbo-C and even if its old they seem pretty straigthforward and optimized. Now I don't know what the best compiler for building an interpreter is, but maybe you can help me. I've considered GCC but as I don't know much about it, I can't be really sure.
