    I am new to iphone development.I want to show a form a and store the contents in to a core data database after clicking the submit button.I have created a form.xcdatamodel and class events.h and events.m with reference to the apple docs.In some Sample codes the values are stored statically in the delegate class and they use core data delegate methods. But in my case the form view come after passing 2 views. I want to store the data entered here .How can i achieve it.Please help me out.Thanks.

  • How do I animate View.setVisibility(GONE)

    I want to make an Animation for when a View gets it's visibility set to GONE. Instead of just dissapearing, the View should 'collapse'. I tried this with a ScaleAnimation but then the View is collapse, but the layout will only resize it's space after (or before) the Animation stops (or starts). How can I make the Animation so that, while animating, the lower Views will stay directly below the content, instead of having a blank space?

I would like to accomplish this using the Views module. I have looked at the Premium module, but it seems to be abandoned. I would like to avoid using the content-access module if at all possible, since I already have other access controls in place.

So I changed to iso-8859-1 for the body (set via alternative views), and 7bit for transfer (and base64 for embedded resources). Are there the better choices?

They are working on the same table (create, read, update, delete data) so I have to update their views, to reflect changes, every few seconds - currently I am thinking to use a different thread to do that. I am using the MySQL database engine. Is there a way, using JDBC, to listen for changes on a specific table in the database and triggering a Java method only when changes are made?
