• Obtain stored procedure metadata for a procedure within an Oracle package using ADO.NET

  Hi, I am trying to obtain the stored procedure metadata (procedure name,parameter types,parameter names etc) for a procedure declared within an Oracle package, using the standard ADO.NET API - DbConnection.GetSchema call. I am using the ODP driver. I see that the Package is listed in the 'Packages' and 'PackageBodies' metadata collections. The procedure parameter appears in the 'Arguments' and 'ProcedureParameters' collections. I do not see a way to get to the procedure information via the package metadata. Even if the procedure does not have any parameters there is a row in the 'ProcedureParameters' collection for this procedure. My question: To obtain the procedure metadata do I have to query the 'ProcedureParameters' collection and search for an entry with the required package name? I can then construct the procedure metadata based on the parameter information. Is there a shorter or quicker way to obtain the same information?

• Tried verything - Yet highest Bounce Rate?

  I read a lot of blogs and tips articles on how to decrease bounce rate. I feel I write very good content (niche is science) and I setup a good design, with attractive features (like download as PDF etc.), increased site loading times (google page speed score is 80+) but even then my bounce rate is always above 90, sometimes 100 :(. I get 42% traffic from the US and google analytics reports no visitor staying for more than 10-12 seconds. Please guide me.

  I have been writing web applications for quite sometime in PHP with MySQL. I always stored my database connection information into a configuration variable and connected to the database that way. A client wants a java applet for their website to communicate with their database. I'm very hesitant on this because the applet is going to be public and I am not sure how I would go about storing the database connection information. I'm paranoid that someone would decompile my application or find some way to extract my database connection information and use it maliciously. Any suggestions on how to do this securely?

  Hi, I have built an information portal in PHP [Something like a recipe book], where the first few recipes are free to access. The advanced recipes are available only to paid members. I intend to use a simple subscribe now paypal button. When the user clicks on this button, he is directed to paypal website and upon payment redirected to my site. How do I collect the payment information from paypal? I do not want to use a wsdl. I need the information to update my user level field [0 for registered users, 1 for paid users] in the users table.   This is probably a very silly question (I just started learning Prolog a few hours ago), but is it possible to find all the clauses related to an atom? For example, assuming the following knowledge base: cat(tom). animal(X) :- cat(X). , is there a way to obtain every possible information about tom (or at least all the facts that are explicitly stated in the base)? I understand that a query like this is not possible: ?- Pred(tom). so I thought I could write a rule that would deduce the correct information: meta(Object, Predicate) :- Goal =.. [Predicate, Object], call(Goal). so that I could write queries such as ?- meta(tom, Predicate). but this does not work because arguments to call are not sufficiently instantiated. So basically my question is: is this at all possible, or is Prolog not design to provide this kind of information? And if it is not possible, why?

  I have several pages, let's call them A, B and C. Each of these pages has a form where the user can type in some information and click a button to send those information to the server. This button click is performed in an UpdatePanel to prevent a full postback. A customer of ours now wants to know how many % of the using visiting each site (A, B and C have different URLs) use this form. (Meaning I need seperate values for A, B and C) How to I track this in Google Analytics? It seems that I have to create a conversion(??) for each page. Is that correct? How must I modify the existing web application to let Google Analytics know, that a user submitted the form. (without the need to redirect thank to xy amount of different thank you pages) The only piece of information I've found so far is this: http://www.google.com/support/googleanalytics/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=55519 Unfortunately, this FAQ entry does not cover my answer.
