  • Nasty redirect loop in WordPress (trailing slash, no trailing slash, and so on)

    Hi, I read a ton of pages and tried lots of solutions but none have worked yet! My problem is that: test.asifa.net/asifa-wp Redirects to: test.asifa.net/asifa-wp/ Which redirects to the first page.     I am running some unit test that persist documents into the MongoDb database. For this unit test to succeed the MongoDb server must be started. I perform this by using Process.Start("mongod.exe"). It works but sometimes it takes time to start and before it even starts the unit test tries to run and FAILS. Unit test fails and complains that the mongodb server is not running. What to do in such situation?

Sample process: Develop it: Patch bugs, add features, etc. Feature Freeze (do not fix, add anything unless it's absolutely required) Test it If everything is OK release it, if it's not fix it, test it, release it I think the most crucial question is what's your approach to "feature freeze test release" cycle? Or do you test it more frequently that you don't need such a cycle and your software is always ready for public release?

    I have many ymls in my rails app, and i want to put some of them in other service, so that i can call this from multiple places. the response of this call will be a hash. {"en" : {"test" : {"text1" : "hi english"}, {"text2" : "mambo number %{num}"} }, "es" : {"test" : {"text1" : "hi espaniol"}, {"text2" : "mamboes numeros %{num}"} } } is there a way i can load that hash into I18n translations like I18n.add_translations(some_hash) so i can access them with I18n.t("test.text1") I18n.t("test.text2", :num => 5) how can i achieve it?

    My test code in C#: namespace DSnA { public abstract class Test : IComparable { } } Results in the following compiler error: error CS0535: 'DSnA.Test' does not implement interface member 'System.IComparable.CompareTo(object)' Since the class Test is an abstract class, why does the compiler require it to implement the interface? Shouldn't this requirement only be compulsory for concrete classes?

    I have the following data in my database (comma separated strings): "word, test, hello" "test, lorem, word" "test" ... etc How can I transform this data into a Dictionary whereby each string is separated into each distinct word together with the number of times that it occurs, i.e. {"test", 3}, {"word", 2}, {"hello", 1}, {"lorem", 1} I will have approximately 3000 rows of data in case this makes a difference to any solution offered. Also I am using .NET 3.5 (and would be interested to see any solution using linq)

    Hello, Could you explain me, why Makefile rule: clean: rm -f foo.{bar1,bar2,bar3} does not result in removing files: foo.bar1 foo.bar2 and foo.bar3? I believe I saw pattern like that many times in various Makefiles, but I'm currently writing my own Makefile and can't make that rule work correctly (no files are removed). I'm using: gnu make 3.81 gnu bash 4.1.5 Bash evals that pattern as I suspect: $ echo test.{a,b,c} test.a test.b test.c Thanks!

    I'm trying to make a test for checking whether a sys.argv input matches the regex for an IP address... As a simple test, I have the following... import re pat = re.compile("\d{1,3}.\d{1,3}.\d{1,3}.\d{1,3}") test = pat.match(hostIP) if test: print "Acceptable ip address" else: print "Unacceptable ip address" However when I pass random values into it, it returns "Acceptable ip address" in most cases, except when I have an "address" that is basically equivalent to \d+ Any thoughts welcome. I've tried this with Intel v10 and MSVC 9.0 and they all seem to work as expected. I believe this should be nothing more than a bitwise compare. If I replace the if-statement with the following: if (static_cast<long long int>(lst[i]) != static_cast<long long int>(d)), and add "-Wno-long-long" I get no errors in any of the optimization modes when run. If I add std::cout << d << std::endl; before the "return 1", I get no errors in any of the optimization modes when run. Is this a bug in my code, or is there something wrong with GCC and the way it handles the double type?

  • Is there an easy way to merge C# dynamic objects

    Let's say I have two dynamic objects like this: var objA = new { test = "test", blah = "blah" }; var objB = new { foo = "foo", bar = "bar" }; I want to combine them to get: new { test = "test", blah = "blah", foo = "foo", bar = "bar" }; I won't know what the properties are for both objA and objB at compile time. I want this to be like jquery's extend method. Anybody know of a library or a .net framework class that can help me do this?
