    Hi friends, I have website source code...in which there is a adito.jar file first i extract it ...then make again jar using "jar -cvf adito.jar . and the changed jar file work fine again with that website. above process is only work when i use jdk1.6.0_14 only... BUT..... if i use jdk1.5 or letest jdk1.6.0_18 the same thing is not work..i mean that jar file will not run in my website... So what is the possible reason of this..as i am new kid in java... thanking you, sadiq.

  • Using MRTG's threshold feature to execute a php script

    I've set up mrtg using the online manual and the only online tutorial I found on the subject of thresholds, and the threshold just isn't firing. In my mrtg.cfg file, the relevant lines are ThreshDir: /path/to/mrtg/thresh ThreshMaxI[performance]: 1 ThreshMaxO[performance]: 1 ThreshProgI[performance]: /path/to/mrtg/scripts/alert.php ThreshProgO[performance]: /path/to/mrtg/scripts/alert.php The paths are right, because if I enter the paths wrong I get an error on executing mrtg. websitePerformance checks how long it takes to download the homepage, in milliseconds, so it should be exceeding the max every time. Alert.php is working fine when invoked directly from the shell, and when I point to a nonexistent script it tells me the script is not executable. No error messages are being generated, that I can find. The thresh directory is always empty. Why isn't the threshold being triggered by results that are greater than 1? Anyone have any suggestions?

    I'm trying to set up a batch file to automatically deploy a php app to a web server. Basically, what I want is an entirely automated process: I would just give it a revision number from the repository and it would then export the files, upload via ftp and then update deployment info at the repo host (codebase). However, I'm starting from scratch here. How would I set up a batch file to accept a variable when it was run? For example, the command myfile.bat /revision 42 should deploy revision 42 to my server. If anyone can point me in the right direction I'd appreciate it.

  • PHP Script causing high CPU

    I have a website which is causing me a major headache. There is one PHP script which is using far to much CPU, this only seem to happen when bots hit the site, I dont want to block all the bots because we need them. I have the the process manager output: Pid Owner Priority CPU % Memory % Command 16943 (Trace) (Kill) specialone 0 99.4 1.0 /usr/bin/php /var/www/specialone/page.php I ran strace -p 16943 on the process but it comes up with nothing. We have 2GB of RAM and the php memory_limit is set to 128M which should be enough. The trouble I have is the PHP code is a Framework and the culprit page.php pulls in a lot of other PHP files so I cant debug the PHP. Is there any way of finding out what the script is doing when its using so much CPU which will help me solve it?

  • How can I disable the css {position:fixed} side-bar on Slashdot?

    When I look at a story on Slashdot, I see a side-bar that sits constantly in the upper-left corner. Every time I open a story, I have to click on the "slash" sign in its upper-right corner. How can I disable it, so it will always have css position absolute, relative or static? Is there an option for it? Because I find it is slowing my browser down when I am scrolling the page.     I am looking at setting up a shell script in order to properly document and automate the process I am using to setup a few servers we have. In order to test the shell script through its different stages I was thinking a CHROOT would be ideal, since I can wipe out the "virtual root" and create it on the fly. I have never used CHROOT before, however. I was just curious what are the exact steps I would need to follow to implement this process of creating a chroot (with the basic core functions that would be needed to install apache/php/etc.)? and then destroying it?

If I run service php-fcgi start & and then ps aux, I see the php-cgi process running bound to the socket. I see the start command stop only when I execute service php-fcgi stop. How do I solve this blocking issue? I have tried adding an & at the end of the line spawning the daemon. But other scripts do not seem to be doing this. This is the most complicated script I am attempting to modify yet :-( How do I get the script to display the green [ OK ]? I checked scripts like httpd and saw that all they were doing was something as shown below. But I never see a green [ OK ] when I execute php-fcgi. I also discovered that putting echo_success with functions sourced displays the green [ OK ] but I do not see any other scripts in the /etc/rc.d/init.d/ executing echo_success or echo_failure.     I'd like to change the title of a terminal window during a long running command (for example: git svn fetch) with values greped from the output, whilst still writing to standard output. Is this possible using named pipes or tee and xargs?   • IIS - Script for repeated hacks on a website

    I currently have a site that is armored by ELMAH as its reporting mechanism. Each time someone hits a URL that is incorrect it notifies me or logs to the system. This is annoying for someone fat-fingering the URL with a misspelling but great when a hacker is trying to crack a site of mine. Has anyone ever written a script for IIS 7 on Win 2K8 that blocks an IP based on repeated attempts to hit a website? I've looked at Snort and other IDS systems but if I could get a script that could be linked to my ELMAH system it might be the perfect thing. PowerScript, etc. is what I was thinking. Hints and recommendations are wonderful and if you think a true intrusion detection system is recommended give me your ideas. Thanks in advance.

For example, I have run a bunch of commands in cmd.exe which generating like hundreds of lines of standard output. Ideally, I am looking for a single command to do "select all" and save to a file automatically. Note: I've read this. I am writing Python code where I want to use data from the file to perform a math function and need to extract the second column from the file. I have tried it this way: for k in range(1,10): file1=open('st009_out.abc'+str(k)+'.dat','r') ........... os.system("awk '{print $2}' st009_out.abc${k}.pmf > raj.dat") but this is not working as it is not taking the value of k in the shell command. How do I progress?

  • Playback random section from multiple videos changing every 5 minutes

    I'm setting up the A/V for a holiday party this weekend and have an idea that I'm not sure how to implement. I have a bunch of Christmas movies (Christmas Vacation, A Christmas Story, It's a Wonderful Life, etc.) that I'd like to have running continuously at the party. The setup is a MacBook connected to a projector. I want this to be a background ambiance thing so it's going to be running silently. Since all of the movies are in the +1 hour range, instead of just playing them all through from beginning to end, I'd like to show small samples randomly and continuously. Ideally the way it would work is that every five minutes it would choose a random 5-minute sample from a random movie in the playlist/directory and display it. Once that clip is over, it should choose another clip and do some sort of fade/wipe to the chosen clip. I'm not sure where to start on this, beginning with what player I should use. Can VLC do something like this? MPlayer? If there's a player with an extensive scripting language (support for rand(), video length discovery, random video access). If so, I will probably be able to RTFM and get it working; it's just that I don't have time to backtrack from dead-ends so I'd like to start off on the right track. Any suggestions?

  • How can I read out internal pdf creation/modified date with Windows PowerShell?

    PDF files seem to have a separate set of file properties which contain (among others) a creation date and a modified date (see screenshot here: http://ventajamarketing.com/writingblog/wp-content/uploads/2012/02/Acrobat-Document-Properties1-300x297.png). Those date obviously can differ from the creation and modified date shown in the file system (Windows Explorer). How can I access the date information in the PDF file and read it out in Windows 7 with Windows PowerShell (or maybe another method)?
