  • Zend Framework Internet Explorer images won't display

    I am using Zend Framework and it works fine in Firefox/Safari. In IE I have a problem with images not loading. Say I have an image in my public folder and I have this in my page: <img src="/photos/category/img.jpg" /> Well that works, except when I'm at a URL with a controller like http://www.example.com/controller/action I can see why, but I want a good solution to properly creating these img src links that works across browsers.

    I know that NSString and CFString are toll-bridge, they can convert in such a way. CFStringRef cfStr; NSString* anStr=(NSString*)cfStr; however,when I convert string in such a case when dealing addressbook NSString* homeLabel=(NSString*)kABWorkLabel; then homeLabel is "$!!$"; the other pre-defined CFStringRef in the addressbook property is the same. in my program,I want to get both the label and the label item's info. NSString* label=ABMultiValueCopyLabelAtIndex(multi,i); so how to correctly get the string of the label? Thanks!

  • Display local image in iPhone HTML mail

    Hello there, In my app, I am composing an HMTL email message with the 3.0+ MFMailComposeViewController. To do this, I created an HTML file, with some placeholders. In my code, I read the HTML file, and with replaceOccurrencesOfString, I replace the placeholders with data from the app. In that way, I compose the body of the email I want to send out. This is all working very nicely, except for the fact, that in my HTML file, I have an <img src='imageplaceholderpath' /> tag. Somehow, I cannot figure out, with what I should replace this imageplaceholderpath, in order to refer to an image that resides in my app. Is this a valid approach at all, and if so, what would be the syntax/logic behind the path I should put there?   • Scroll returns to default after display:none in Chrome/IE

    Here's the example: http://jsfiddle.net/sammy/RubNy/ Scroll down in the div container. Then click anywhere in the window to hide the element. Then click once more to show the element. You'll notice in Chrome/IE that the scroll is reset, but in Firefox, the scroll remains how you left it. Which is the standards behavior, Chrome/IE or Firefox? Should I report this to the Chrome issue tracker? Thanks in advance for any help on this, and happy new year, and thanks again, and cheers, and stuff. =D

  • Display error when entire form is blank in CodeIgniter

    I'm trying to create a fairly simple form that has a few checkboxes and input fields and a textarea. Nothing is required by itself; however, if 'A' checkbox is checked, then 'A' input field is required (and so on for the couple other checkboxes I have). I have the above functionality in place, but I'm having a tough time figuring out how to have an error returned if the form is submitted blank (since nothing is required by default). Does anyone know of an easy-ish solution for this? It seems like it should be so simple... Thanks

    We want to create a calendar view in a room scheduling application. The outcome we want is to have hours open (variable depending on day) across the top of the grid and the names of the rooms down the left side of the grid. The body would be populated with bookings for that day. The visual we're seeking is similar to the "Weekly Builder" plugin for Rails (http://dmix.ca/2009/06/weeklybuilder-a-weekly-calendar-plugin-for-rails/). We've tried using CSS to create variably-sized images, but this isn't working out. Are there any plugins available or other ways anyone can think of to accomplish this kind of visual? Thanks

My understanding is that dictionaries have values for each object. I'm not sure if I'm using the right terms.

    action: User/Details View: Details In my 'Details' view, a user can click on an actionlink that goes to the action :User/UserBehavior From which I again return a "Details" View. the url shows http://User/UserBehavior If I return redirectToAction to the Details action, I still get the "UserBehavior" action in the url. how do I redirect and present the new url of the action? isnt that the way its supposed to be? TO CLARIFY: WHEN YOU USE REDIRECTTOACTION, SHOULD THE URL IN THE BROWSER SHOW THE ORIGINAL ACTION OR THE ACTION YOU REDIRECTED TO?

Tab Bar UI is missing from MainViewController. I know that if I point to TabBarController it is going to be fine. But I need to pass some data exactly to MainViewController.     Hi guys, i have the following code below: const char* timeformat = "%Y-%m-%d %H:%M:%S"; const int timelength = 20; char timecstring[timelength]; strftime(timecstring, timelength, timeformat, currentstruct); cout << "timecstring is: " << timecstring << "\n"; currentstruct is a tm*. The cout is giving me the date in the correct format, but the year is not 2010, but 3910. I know there is something to do with the year cound starting at 1900, but im not sure how to get strftime to recognise this and not add 1900 to the value of 2010 that is there, can anyone help.     I have three tables (these are the relevant columns): Table1 bookingid, person, role Table2 bookingid, projectid Table3 projectid, project, numberofrole1, numberofrole2 Table1.role can take two values: "role1" or "role2". What I want to do is to show which projects don't have the correct number of roles in Table1. The number of roles there there should be for each role is in Table3. For example, if Table1 contains these three rows: bookingid, person, role 7, Tim, role1 7, Bob, role1, 7, Charles, role2 and Table2 bookingid, projectid 7, 1 and Table3 projectid, project, numberofrole1, numberofrole2 1, Test1, 2, 2 I would like the results to show that there are not the correct number of role2s for project Test1. To be honest, something like this is a bit beyond my ability, so I'm open to suggestions on the best way to do this. I'm using sqlite and php (it's only a small project). I suppose I could do something with the php at the end once I've got my results, but I wondered if there was a better way to do it with sqlite. I started by doing something like this: SELECT project, COUNT(numberofrole1) as "Role" FROM Table1 JOIN Table2 USING (projectid) JOIN Table3 USING (bookingid) WHERE role="role1" GROUP BY project But I can't work out how to compare the value returned as "Role" with the value got from numberofrole1 Any help is gratefully received.

  • Save a tab in a jQuery Modal Window for future Display

    Hello, long time reader, first time poster. I’m coming with an issue that many of you will find trivial but I’m bashing my head against it for too long time and I can’t seems to find any clue on the internet. As a total scrubs with JavaScript, I’m trying to use JQuery.ui smartmodal windows (v 1.8.rc1) for displaying two football teams in two separate tabs. Like France in Tab(0) and England in Tab(1). When I open this modal window, the first tab (France) is always opened by default. Everything’s fine until here : I’m trying to improve this modal window by remembering what was the last Tab the user was looking when he closed the modal, for reopening it (in spite of the first tab, by default) when the user will reopen this modal latter on. I’ve already tried to use the “selecting & loading a jquery tab programatically » method but without any kind of success, and I’m slowly running out of options (and time). Thanks for reading me, if you have any idea on how can I use a parameter in the smartmodal call, that would greatly help me.

    I have a programmatically created HTML document on which I would like to show some XML-code, fully formatted with line breaks and tabulators. That is, it should look like if you drag an xml file without a xml-stylesheet directly onto your browser (most browsers do some kind of xml-rendering with some default style sheet). Now, I can of course escape all the characters (like <>, tab and newline) and do the indenting myself (using css styles, for example), but I was wondering whether I couldn't re-use some 'default' xml-stylesheet from somewhere. Preferrably also one that has some javascript node-folding, too. Do you know such a stylesheet/xslt? Or would you suggest another way to achieve this? I'm using C#. PS: I tried to use the XmlNotepad.DefaultSS.xslt from Microsoft's XmlNotepad, but I couldn't really get that working. :T
