    i am working on a SMS panel based on .net framework.i just send some messages to my contacts and received their replies.i want to know witch received message is a reply of witch sent message. ex : if i send A and B messages to 1 contact and then it sends back to me X and Y messages as its reply ,now how i can find out X is a answer for witch one A or B messages.in other hand,what about Y message?!! I need some ideas or personal experiences about send and receive SMS and generating a SMS panel. thanks

  • "Beveled" Shapes in Quartz 2D

    I'm familiar with some of the basics of Quartz 2D drawing, like drawing basic shapes and gradients and so on, but I'm not sure how to draw a shape with a "beveled" look, like this: Essentially we've got a shine on one corner, and maybe some shading in the opposite corner. I think -- I didn't make this image, although I'd like to be able to approximate it. Any ideas? This is on the iPhone, and I'd like to use built-in frameworks and avoid any external libraries if at all possible.

    At some point in my Application, I have an NSArray whose contents change. Those contents are shown in a UITableView. I'm trying to find a way to find the diff between the contents of before and after of the NSArray so i can pass the correct indexPaths to insertRowsAtIndexPaths:withRowAnimation: and deleteRowsAtIndexPaths:withRowAnimation: in order to have the changes nicely animated.     Hi, I am working on a calculator that allows you to perform calculations past the decimal point in octal, hexadecimal, binary, and of course decimal. I am having trouble though finding a way to convert floating point decimal numbers to floating point hexadecimal, octal, binary and vice versa. The plan is to do all the math in decimal and then convert the result into the appropriate number system. Any help, ideas or examples would be appreciated. Thanks!

  • didSelectRowAtIndexPath does not get called when scrolling and selecting a cell

    Hi all, It seems when I scroll my table view that if I select a cell while the table view is still scrolling, didSelectRowAtIndexPath doesn't get called. It works fine when the table view is still. Any ideas on why this might be? Also, is there a way that didSelectRowAtIndexPath can be called on press down? It seems it gets called after my finger/cursor is raised off of the cell. Thanks,

WPF supports text justification by way of the TextAlignment enumeration: public enum TextAlignment { Left, Right, Center, Justify // <--- Missing from Silverlight :( } However, Silverlight 2 only supports the following: public enum TextAlignment { Center, Left, Right } Any ideas or suggestions gratefully received.

  • IE7 Image float bug.

  • Visual Studio 2010 and discovery of advantage server error

    I installed VS 2010 on a Windows 7 64 bit machine. When I try and connect to an advantage database through the server explorer using the Advanatage OLEDB driver I get a cannot discover advantage database server error. I can connect to the database using the ARC just fine. I was able to connect in VS 2008 just fine. Any ideas on why I can't connect in VS 2010?

    I'm developing a j2me application for my mobile phone (a Nokia). I'm using WTK (Wireless Toolkit) to test my code. Because I'm using a GPS device via a Bluetooth connection, I would like to be able to extend the emulator with bluetooth possibilities. Has anyone experience with BT & WTK? according to this article there is no way to do it by default. Any other ideas?

  • UML Linux - vmlinux.o Error 1 - final close failed: Input/output error

    I'm trying to install UML linux. Kernel is 2.6.28. I link to Linux files so that I have a read-only copy that I can revert back to. I then run the commands: make defconfig ARCH=um # works make ARCH=um # errors out at the very end: final close failed: Input/output error make: *** [vmlinux.o] Error 1 Because of this error, my binary vmlinux never gets created so I can't run my own UML Linux. Any ideas?
