    Is it possible using Eval? If so, can someone post a short fragment to illustrate? My SqlDataSource returns 1 record with 3 fields, I'd like to Format these into a string. eg: Record Field 'Name' = 'Jack' Field 'Amount' = 100 Field 'Date' = 12.02.2010 asp:Label text should end up being: Welcome Jack, last payment was 100 on 12.02.2010 if another control than asp:Label is appropriate, that would be good to know also.

    I have a problem in my project that i am displaying a activity which would contain the details of the project which is previously added in Project Management System.. Now the fields in it are like: Fields of the Activity Name Of Project: ABC(EditText) Name Of Developer : ________(Spinner) Deadline : ________(Date Picker) Created On : _______(TextView) . . Now, the Spinner contains the Names of all developers working in the Company..I have used the ArrayAdapter with a array having the names of all the developers which is fetched from the database.. The problem is that when i update the Name Of Developer field, i get Only the Name of the Developer which is not enough to update the data as their can be multiple developers with the same name in the Company..So now I require the id of the developers to update it.. How to store that id of the developers with the Spinner so that i can achieve this.. Please help me to sort this out. Actually what i want to do like is as that we do in html:: <select> <option id="1">Developer1</option> <option id="2">Developer2</option> <option id="3">Developer2</option> <option id="4">Developer2</option> </select> where the id attached would be the database id....I want to imitate this in our android....     I'm using the hidden iframe method to submit a form with a file upload field. I want to display a message back on the page using javascript and I'm not sure how to do this. If this was just a form with text fields I'd do an AJAX post and respond with a message I'd display in my callback function. I'm just not sure how to accomplish this same task with the hidden iframe method since it is a standard form post.

In the middle of the installation I have a window saying "Change if necessary installation path and initial VisualSVN Server setting". And after that (in the same window) I have two fields: "Location" and "Repositories". What these two parameters mean? I know URL where the common code is stored. Should I specify this URL in the "repositories" field?

    Hi all I am using the markitup editor to get the value for one of my fields and storing it a sql server 2008 db. Now I guess the problem is people having script tags and javascript in the editor and injecting malicious scripts and I have my validate input turned false. So can anyone suggest me a way to write a custom validation method that maybe checks for script tags and removes them...or just guide me through the steps i need to do ?...also are there other things also that I should be worried about..?

  • have PDF form, need to port to website

    So here is what I have: a PDF form (job application) that a client is requesting to put on their website as a form and the data gets sent to them when an applicant on the site fills the form out. My idea is as follows: dissecting the PDF, taking its fields and making the HTML form, then processing on the server side, creating the new PDF and emailing as an attachment to the client. However, something tells me that there is a better, more effective way of doing it. Is that so?

However, i noticed that when i run my reports, it does not show the last record for every group (even though this total line is in the Group Footer).     I'd like the field to save as a 1 or 0 instead of 'True' or 'False' in the database and i cannot figure out how to do it without manually setting every property when the record is saved. I have to use this a lot in this project and a bit field is not an option.
