  Why are UNIQUE Constraints needed in database ? Can you provide any examples ? Primary Key is UNIQUE by default... Understandable as they are referred in other tables as Foreign keys... relation is needed to connect them for rdbms platform... but why would one refer to other columns as UNIQUE, what is benefit of doing so ?)

• Binding problem in C# wpf

  I have a problem whit binding in wpf i have a textbox where i can do some input, then i try to bind the textinput to a custom usercontrol. This work for the usercontrol within RowDetailsTemplate but not in the CellTemplate. For each object in the CellTemplate i get this error output: System.Windows.Data Error: 4 : Cannot find source for binding with reference 'ElementName=ScaleTextBox'.   I’ve been trying to understand some strange values in the RESOURCE_ASSOCIATED_ENTITY_ID column of SYS.DM_TRAN_LOCKS when RESOURCE_TYPE is “OBJECT”. Although these should be object Ids, I cannot determine what object they actually refer to. I’ve tried everything I can think of, including querying all system tables with columns of type INT and BIGINT to see if I can find the value. No luck. The funny values actually appear in SYS.DM_TRAN_LOCKS, SYS.SYSLOCKINFO and SP_LOCK.
