  • Data center Rack space providers with Dedicated/Unmetered 10Gbps+ packages?

    The only provider I know is FDC and I was hoping you guys could help me compile a list for comparison? The only requirements are that they 1) have 42U rack space and 2) have dedicated/unmetered 10Gbps+ packages. I don't care where they're located or anything else as long as those two conditions are met. If you feel like sharing your opinions and/or experience with anyone too that'd be great, although it's not required. Thanks guys.

  • Recompile PHP5.3 with mysqlnd on Debian Squeeze?

    My current PHP5.3 installation was compiled with libmysql by default. To run certain mysqli functions, I need the mysqlnd library, but I can't seem to find a step by step guide giving proper description how to recompile PHP 5.3 on Debian 6 with custom settings. All I found was the configuration parameter on the PHP.net manual (http://php.net/manual/en/mysqlinfo.library.choosing.php) saying that this is a compile time decision: $ ./configure --with-mysqli=mysqlnd --with-pdo-mysql=mysqlnd --with-mysql=mysqlnd Any ideas how to do it?   • How could I determine which SMB client/session has a specific file open on a Server 2008R2 Windows file server?

    What I need a way to associate a client name or IP address with an open file, so that I can cleanly close the file for maintenance. NET SESSION doesn't show the names of open files and NET FILE doesn't show the client which has the file open. I had hoped that I could cross-reference the data from these two commands, but that doesn't seem doable. Everything else I've see provides the same data as these commands, with no apparent way to determine which client machine has the file open.

    hI, I am trying to install the terminal multiplexer tmux on my Debian Lenny server so that I can have multiple terminals through ssh. However I have had a lot of difficulty installing it from the debian package, and by compiling it. I would like to be able to identify all of the costs associated with running each site (instance run-time costs + storage + data transfers) so that the costs can be allocated (cross-charged) to business units in my company.     I was inspecting my apache access logs(I use default combined log format) and I came a cross a wired entry 69.171.247.0 - - [22/Oct/2012:18:15:20 +0200] "GET /some site resources HTTP/1.1" 404 514 "-" "facebookexternalhit/1.0 (+http://www.facebook.com/externalhit_uatext.php)" As u see, this query come from a facebook robot that extract objects from site when somebody post a link. What I find weird is the logged ip address : 69.171.247.0 Does anybody know how is that possible ?

  • Which version of emacs is best on Mac?

    On windows and ubuntu I just download the latest drops of emacs straight from the gun/fsf site, but they don't have Mac binaries there. I have a decent version that came with Snow Leopard, but just running in the bash terminal. Is there a version that runs in a standalone window and is more Mac friendly? I did try using ports, and downloaded one called emacs cocoa, but it didn't compile.

I'm currently repackaging a lot of code that used to be in main() into a Simulation class. I'm getting a compile error with the header file for this class. I would appreciate immediate suggestions, troubleshooting tips, and other advice about my code. My plan is to create a "HostContainer.h" file that includes the typedef and structs that define its tags, similar to what I'm doing in "Event.h" for the EventPQ container. I'm assuming this is legal and good form.
