• Specify ApplicationName when using ASP.NET Web Site Administration Tool

  This tool is supposed to configure users and roles etc., but when I use it on a new web site, with a new aspnetdb database, it adds a record to the aspnet_Applications table with the ApplicationName and the LoweredApplicationName fields set to /. I think it would make more sense if it actually used the application name, i.e. the web site name. Can I safely just change the application name? Is there a better way of configuring these things?

I want to add functionality so that when the user types in the username field, an ajax call is triggered to check whether the username is already taken. My requirements are: Preferably integrate with JQuery Validation plugin, rather than writing a custom function I want the lookup to occur on the nkeyup event I want the lookup to be triggered approx 0.5 seconds after the keyup event has occurred. If this was just a form with text fields I'd do an AJAX post and respond with a message I'd display in my callback function.   I've been developing an SSRS 2005 report (a form letter) that contains two tables. The first "table" uses DataSet "A" to populate address fields on letterhead. The second table uses DataSet "B" to display a basic list of records that pertain to the addressed party. Even though the two tables are within the same page and all PageBreak* properties are set to "False", SSRS renders the report as two pages. How can I force both tables to render in series, without any forced page breaks?

Everything is working properly when I change the language for the simulator, but some of the text is getting truncated in German.
