    using the delcarative_authorization gem for rails, is there a shortcut to allow a role access to all controller actions? privileges do # default privilege hierarchies to facilitate RESTful Rails apps privilege :manage, :includes => [:create, :read, :update, :delete] end isn't sufficient, because I have more controlling methods than just CRUD in my controllers. Something like: role :foo do has_permission_on :bar, :to =>[:all] end would be perfect, but I'm not finding it in the docs.

    hi , i am having a site running in Joomla 1.5 i am trying to keep a url image to it near to url. I am using the JSN-Epic template where i am having a line as <link rel="shortcut icon" href="<?php echo $this->baseurl; ?>/images/favicon.ico" /> i have uploaded the favicon.ico to my templates/jsnepic/ but when i load the page the image appears when it starts loading and then disappears while loaded fully. How to resolve this??

    I am using eclipse 3.4.I often keep searching for files in my project.I wanted to create a file search with filter.Like i should be able to configure the filter in preferences.later when i press ctrl+shift+ F (Assuming this is what i give the shortcut) it should display only those files. Why i came up with this is bcos i might want to avoid java files while searching.So life becomes little easier.

    It is easy to setup Datamapper with a Sqlite3 in memory database with: DataMapper.setup :default, 'sqlite3::memory:'. However, when testing, I'd like to destroy the whole in memory database after each test, instead of invoking automigrate! as a shortcut on dropping everything. Is it possible? Or is it enough to set the default repository to nil, and let the garbage collector dispose of it?

    I want to add some client-side functionality to the PrimeFaces p:editor, but for some reason I am not able to uncover what JavaScript client side code they used to build the component. Could anyone point me to that? P.S. two things I want to do is make the component resizable (PrimeFaces doesn't support that) and I want to add shortcut buttons to insert pre-programmed text. I'm working on an ASP.NET AJAX app that has used the F12 key for a function for years (it's actually a hold over from the original DOS app).     Hi, it is possible to change global mouse cursor from c#? the thing is i use a global hook shortcut key to capture a window like spywindow and i want to change mouse cursor globally when i select my handle and restore it when i click left mouse.     Hi, I am going crazy with this error: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by... Please note that I know about the gazillion results on google and on stack overflow. My problem is the way I've constructed my pages. To keep html separate from php, I use include files. So, for example, my pages look something like this: <?php require_once('web.config.php'); ?> <!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd"> <html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"> <head> <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8" /> <title>Login</title> <link rel="shortcut icon" href="images/favicon.gif"/> <link rel="shortcut icon" href="images/favicon.ico"/> <link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="<?php echo SITE_STYLE; ?>"/> </head> <body> <div id="page_effect" style="display:none;"> <?php require_once('./controls/login/login.control.php'); ?> </div> </body> </html> So, by the time my php file is included, the header is already sent. I can't have the header redirect before the output so having output buffering on is the only thing I can do. Naturally it works fine that way - but having to rely on that just stinks. It would be nice if PHP had an alternative way to redirect or had additional parameters to tell it to clear the buffer.

    Hi, I'm a starter with Emacs (but quite experienced Vim user) and trying to play with Emacs+Clojure combination. Maybe my setup will be unusual for Emacs world, as I'm not using SLIME/swank-clojure, but Emacs + eshell with running clojure REPL in it, mostly due simplicity (or probably because SLIME quite scares me off :D). So, maybe there is a Emacs guru that can help me here: does exists any shortcut (or maybe some elisp sample) to copy/paste code chunks (sexps) from editing buffer to eshell (and possibly execute it)? Thanks.

    Let's say I have git repo like this: master webapp-1252 webapp-1285 webapp-1384 webapp-1433 webapp-1524 webapp-824 x_____jira_ x_webapp-11 x_webapp-11 x_webapp-11 z_____jira_ I've updated all of them and ready to push them all to svn or something. Then someone makes a quick change that would require me to basically go through all of them to merge etc. Is there a shortcut to go through all the branches I have here, merge them with whatever work that was fetched, then rebase them?
